“I am giving your store 5 stars because of one employee: Terrell who works in Dairy. He was the 5th person that I asked to help me find John Soules brand of chicken. One person told me "meat". Another, "frozen". Two more said they were sorry but had no idea.I found Terrell stocking in dairy, asked him, and he was determined to find the prodcut. He did not leave me alone to wander around, as I had already been for at least 5 minutes.It was like the HyVee service from years ago.----------> "A Helpful Smile in Every Aisle"<-----------Hang onto this young man. He understands customer service, is energetic, and diligent. And, he smiled!PS: The canned response from HyVee is annoying. I'm already a PERKS member...would have preferred no response rather than a grab for more business.”
