“I would like to recognize the extraordinary level of service Nathan provided for a pair wiper blades. Nathan, took the time to make sure I correct size wiper blades and even walked me through how to check the Advance Auto Parts system in the future. Nathan, also took the time to explain how the warranty works which I went ahead and purchased same. Within only a matter 10 minutes Nathan educated me on the warranty, selecting the correct pair of wiper blades, and even installed the wiper blades! We need more Nathan’s in society the world would be a better place.”

“This is the second time I've needed repairs through insurance in the last 5 years and I've used Caliber both times. Staff is knowledgeable and explains things well to a non-car person. Both times they have completed repairs within their estimated time, both times it did not need any additional return trips to fix something. I also liked the way the employees spoke to eachother. From the few minute insight I had, it seems like a good work environ. Honestly the only drawback to this place is their parking lot is crazy small 😆”

“I walked into the parts store today to handle an AC warranty swap with the guy who sold it to me, only to find out he’s just… gone. Retired. 😞
I’ve known Ted for over 20 years, long before I ever launched this mobile operation. He was the very first person in this industry to look at me, see the potential, treat me like a real business, and set up my first commercial account. He didn’t just sell me parts; he stood behind me.
When you’re turning wrenches and building a business from the ground up, the right guy behind the counter is your lifeline. About 5 years ago, when my service truck, the T-Rod, started knocking Christmas morning, I was in a tight bind. I needed that truck to survive. Ted didn't hesitate. He put together an in-house special, rods, lifters, head gaskets, the whole nine yards, at a massive discount just to keep me on the road.
He bent over backwards for me. He waived tool deposits when he didn't have to. He gave me discounts just because he knew I was a good customer fighting the same fight. I literally wouldn’t be where I am today without guys like Ted supporting me in the trenches.
The true masters of this industry are aging out, and when they leave, they take a lifetime of loyalty, grit, and knowledge with them.
The torch has been passed silently on to me, and to be honest... it's heartbreakingly terrifying.

My light in my back seat was in between on and off so even though my light wasn't on it was still draining my battery. Good job batteries plus!”
