She came home looking clean, shiny, and smelling great. Her coat was incredibly soft, her nails were trimmed perfectly, and you could tell they really took their time and paid attention to detail. What I appreciated most was how calm and happy she seemed afterward. That tells me they treated her with patience and genuine care instead of just rushing her through. It’s clear they truly care about the dogs they work with.
