One of my dogs is very reactive and so outings are very difficult for him and stressful for me. He desperately needed a groom and i warned them he’s loud and has separation anxiety, I apologized and crossed my fingers he would do well. They told me to give them 3-4 hours which is to be expected, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text about an hour and a half after dropping him off saying he was ready to be picked up. When i went to pick him up he was brought up front promptly and looked amazing! He typically whines and shakes in the car after any grooming and he was a happy content boy today so I know he was well taken care of. The joke was made if I hadn’t picked him up he was going to go home with the groomer today, I’m so happy they got to see his cute personality and love him like I do. Truly grateful for them as having a reactive dog is a challenge and can feel very defeating at times but they made it very easy. I will definitely be back for regular maintenance grooming. Spirit and I say thank you??

A Facebook post without research was made and instead of anyone reaching out they automatically assume the worst. The owners are wonderful people and have raised Frankie since he was a baby. He’s in a cage for maybe 4-5 hours a day that HE COMES OUT OF during the 4-5 hours. He goes home every night. Do some research before posting!

We wanted DIY but minus the clean up. This is the place! All of this provided and within arms reach: Towels, scrubber, suds, and dryer. Our senior gal was a bit skiddish, but with all of these tools at the ready we could focus on easing her nerves.

22026 W 66th St, ShawneeI just recently started coming here within the last few months because I wanted a new primary physician for my two cats and hadn't found one I was willing to call my veterinary team yet. I remembered living nearby in the past and how highly recommended they were by neighbors, so I started bringing my kitten here for his follow up shots and wellness checks. I wish I could remember the name of his vet, but can only brag about how loving and gentle she was to him! I had already decided after his two first kitten appointments that this would be the place I'd call home. It's affordable and every staff member shows so much love and care for every animal that walks through their doors.
To that point, my elderly cat (who had never been to this vet before) had taken up ill this last week and on a whim I called (and immediately started crying, worried about my cat) asking if there was a free appointment slot this last tuesday (day of). The person who answered the phone, Jenny, was the most KIND receptionist I've ever had the genuine pleasure of speaking with. She heard me start crying and told me "I'm here for you", which meant a world of difference for me in that moment. She then got with the vets and tried to switch around schedules to get my cat in ASAP, then promptly called me back, found a different day to schedule, gave me all the information I needed to feel good about keeping my kitty home for another day, and recommended urgent cares I could take her to for peace of mind if waiting a day would be harder for me. The compassion shown just in that interaction meant a world of difference. and calmed me down significantly.
At my cat's appointment yesterday, I told Dr. Wallis that I was worried about my cat's symptoms but only had about $400 to my name to take care of my kitty at that point in time. She was wildly understanding and very quickly worked up a treatment plan that worked for my budget but that would also do everything reasonably possible to help my cat in that moment. She stuck to it, didn't try to upsell anything (as others have mentioned for some reason), and it was finished within the hour. She got my cat exactly what she needed within the hour and I'm here writing this review right now because my cat is already back to acting more like herself thanks to the compassion and expertise she showed us. I could jump for joy seeing her already improving and knowing that my cat is in such good hands every time I'm there.
All in all, I moved to Kansas City and still drive to this veterinary office because the quality of care I've received every time I've been here has been genuine and phenomenal every time I've set foot inside, from the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between. You will not find another practice that cares so genuinely about your pets that is so understanding and reasonable on price anywhere that I can think of. I can't thank every staff member here enough for the love and relief they've brought me in the few months since I've made it my primary clinic.

The atmosphere is so comfortable, it looks like the staff actually takes good care of the plants, lots of seating, lots of plug ins for those laptops. The coffe is like 6/10, I'd go somewhere else but the vibe is so nice I just get a mid coffee to sit and study. I've had many coffee dates here and long conversations with friends and family. It gets crowded but that doesn't bother me

Sliced KC Strip served over a hearty mix of cauliflower “rice”, garlic- roasted broccoli, wild mushrooms, pickled red onion, house-made basil pesto, harvest medley and toasted pistachios.
Omg! DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! I must have the recipe for the cauliflower rice mix. I could have ate a bowl of just of that. I’m craving it right now talking about it. Looking forward to my next visit.

My application was accepted within an hour & I got contacted about an hour after that from the foster! Christina was incredible & told us how things were going, the dogs temperament, the things that they were doing that was helpful, and was a quick communicator! They were wonderful when we met her, and you could tell they loved the sweet girl. The process to adopt was easy, secure, and informational. The price for a puppy was very reasonable especially because they want to ensure they’re going to a good home. I could not recommend this place enough, we will definitely be coming back to them in the future and recommending them to everyone!!!
