“Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.”

“Diego was friendly, engaging and really took care of our family. I have been an AT&T customer 2004. People like Diego make me want to continue. He was laid back and conversational. I appreciated his eye contact and smile. It was nice to see a Hispanic male. I’d like to see him promoted. The store manager—not so much. You could tell the manager was ALL about the sales. No warmth and when Diego’s device wasn’t working to set up my automatic debit, the manager came over and said something like, “well, when the system goes down it could be a day before it reboots…” No affect and I felt like he didn’t care that I would have to return to the store the next day to set up my automatic debit payments. Diego, on the other hand, was apologetic and immediately pulled out his business card and told me his hours for the next day. Promote people like Diego who actually care about customers. Because of him we added yet another line. We now have 5 lines with AT & T.And another thing: When our home town CHIEFS are playing in a Divisional Playoff game against the Bills—Close the store so your employees can enjoy kickoff. AT&T is a multi-billion dollar company. You can afford to put up a fun sign at the Merriam store that the store will be closing early to help cheer on our team.So, a reward for Diego, a D-minus for the store manager and a bit of kindness for these employees who are working their butts off. The least you can do is authorize pizzas for employees to enjoy at the store while the TVs are tuned to the game.I went back the next day and was warmly greeted by Diego who took care of setting up my automatic debit payments, which will save me money, in less than 10 minutes. I offered him a hot drink from Quik Trip and he smiled and said, “No thank you. Buy a drink for a homeless person.”THAT’S THE AT&T CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED!”

“Had insurance on a phone but the real policy does not, I REPEAT DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR PHONE! You get credits towards a replacement phone it could cost you the same if not more to get the phone replaced depending on who helps you, after two days this one guy was able to help me as long a changed my daughter phone number and she lost all her information”

“I had an insurance claim to have the LED display replaced on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone.On 1/13, Rob greeted me, was friendly, and explained the process.The 84th and Ward Parkway location didn't have heat that Saturday. However, he was a good sport, as he was bundled up.He and Marcellus, who I assume was the tech, both had coats on, but did their work without complaint. That's dedication.Rob suggested a protective screen coating but wasn't pushy and even applied it for me.The work was done timely and professionally.I would recommend this business!”

“I was dreading getting a required SIM card replacement dealt with and was down to the wire on verge of losing service so stopped by this Boost Mobile location with my son today. To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. I asked Kay about adding hot spot service and by the time we wrapped up he gotten our 3 family phones pulled together on a 3/$100 plan, added hot spots to all AND our new plan is less than what I was paying prior. More features, less $ and efficient service with a smile and lots of laughs. Couldn't ask for more. You've earned a loyal customer and I will gladly share my experience with others. “My husband and I went in to the Olathe store on Blackbob to get help with a billing issue and a credit that was due on our account. We had been trying to get it fixed for awhile and we were feeling very frustrated. We had an appointment with Eve in December and she spent a lot of time with us trying to fix the problem. She was able to get our bill fixed and our credit issued. Fast forward to February and 2 bills later still no credit on our account. I reached out to Eve again. She got right back to me and tirelessly resolved the issue and finally got us our credit. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She ROCKS! Thank you Eve!!!!!”

“well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. “I went to this location to switch from metro pcs after being with them for 10 years and I was having a bad experience with Metro trying to turn on my new phone because my old one was broke. I walked in not in the greatest of moods (menopausal mood)There was a young lady named Daiva that assisted me and my daughter change everything over for me and my husband. Let me just say that with my slight temperament at this moment from leaving Metro PCs (2 doors down from Cricket )poor Daiva kind of received some frustration from me and she was handling everything amazingly. She made sure I got the best plans for me and my husband and she helped us with a discount program that saved us $30 a month. This girl works great under pressure and deserves a raise. Thank you again Daiva your customer service skills were outstanding.I recommend switching to Cricket if you are with Metro PCs I haven’t dropped a call since and it runs a lot faster”
