To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. I asked Kay about adding hot spot service and by the time we wrapped up he gotten our 3 family phones pulled together on a 3/$100 plan, added hot spots to all AND our new plan is less than what I was paying prior. More features, less $ and efficient service with a smile and lots of laughs. Couldn't ask for more. You've earned a loyal customer and I will gladly share my experience with others.
