“I am new to Kansas i went to this bank because my sister banks there and has for several years. She has been happy with them.
Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past. I found at FNBO it is not. I have been to 3 different offices and every time I get acknowledged by everyone and asked right away how they can help.
I was fortunate to get help from Luis at the Olathe office, he opened my first checking account there and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Once that was established I went back to ask him to transfer my IRA to your bank. My previous bank couldn't do anything without calling some one to walk them through it.
Luis got the paperwork done and sent to my old bank. Today I needed some paperwork notarized and Luis took care of that in a very professional manner. Then I asked if he knew where a UPS store was he looked it up and gave me directions.
Again I am extremely with the employees at your bank i have yet to walk in that i have not been immediately greeted and asked how they could assist me. I am impressed with the employees and Luis who work for you.

“One teller was tied up with a customer, the other staff were in another room not paying attention to the lobby and only came out to help me when, after waiting 5-10 minutes to see if someone else would come to the lobby teller stations, I walked up to the room where employees were talking. Once this happened, an employee left that room after another minute or two and very pleasantly helped me. Really should have been there from the get go!”

“I have banked with Commerce for many years and when I need help they are always friendly. Last week I visited the lobby for help with my credit card payment dilemma. They were able to call that department and get my issue taking care of. I think I will visit the lobby more for help vs. calling support, avoids the wait time.”

“Tried to deposit 30 bills into the ATM around 8.30pm on 12/30/2024 and one bill got returned with a message that either the deposit exceeded the limit or the bill is not right (not exact message but similar). I took the returned bill and inspected to see if there are any folded corners waiting for the ATM to show the deposited 29 bills but instead I got a message if I want to do another transaction or not. I selected 'NO' and I saw a 'TRANSACTION CANCELLED' message and no receipt was returned. I immediately checked my balance on the mobile app and I did not see the deposited amount. I called the bank but found the call center to be closed at 7pm and so does the live chat. I inserted the ATM card again, did a balance inquiry and still don't see the deposit. I withdrew $100 and I was able to. I then tried for another deposit transaction but deposite was disabled and I was not able to do it. I will have to go to the bank tomorrow morning to see what is wrong but it would have been better if there is a number to call and speak to a representative for ATM issues on the ATM itself if the ATM is open to record such issues immediately. Unfortunately, i have to wait until the next day to report this ATM malfunction, this is the reason of me reporting it here.
UPDATE: I called the customer service on 12/31/2024 and was told that the ATM machine will be serviced on 1/2/2025 and this issue would be resolved. I checked my balance on 1/2/25 and I see my deposit in the account! Relieved!!! Thanks a lot to the customer service!”
