“I cannot say enough about my experience at Premier Volvo! My city does not have a Volvo dealership so I had to travel a couple of hours to go to a certified dealer. After talking to several within a couple hours of me, I chose Premier due to the responsiveness of their team, and I am so glad I did! I purchased a certified pre-owned Volvo XC90, and I worked with Corie. She was so helpful and wonderful! I traded in my Subaru, and got a very fair price for it. 8/30 update: I got in a fender bender and took my (new) car back to Bob Allen to the collision center. I must give a shout out to Mary, she provided outstanding customer service. She was patient with my schedule, worked seamlessly with my insurance, answered ALL of my questions and was easy to get in contact with.
Most importantly, she gave a goal date for my car to be ready and it was ready on time! This was huge help, as it saved money on extending my rental car. Also, The gentleman that drove the “shuttle” to my rental car location, was prompt, friendly and I enjoyed our conversation.
I will continue to drive from the MO side over to this dealership for all of my car needs. All the way around it has been a pleasant experience.”

“Less than a month after getting my car (my first big girl purchase) it was unfortunately damaged badly from a big construction company, absolutely covered in cement. I had no idea what to do. Mccarthy Overland park damage and collision was there to help me every step of the way. They made sure my vehicle was returned to me the way it should be! I want to give a special shoutout to Byron for communicating about a calibration issue with my windshield and helping make that process smooth for me. My car looks amazing and I am so pleased with the way I was treated here. They were honest about the repairs needed and treated me with total respect.

They installed the battery in about 20 minutes. The price was about 20.00 less than other places with nearly identical specs and warranty that didn’t offer installation. At first, he said they weren't taking any more cars, but then he still took the time to take a look at my tire and squeeze me in. Within an hour, the tire of replaced and I was off.
