“Very limited selection in 32 waist and quality casual tops in (Men) L. All stores w/ this model are to an extent, but I virtually never walk out with anything that was on my list here. But always walk out w/ something at least. Place is clean, employees are always helpful, carry pleasant, cheery vibes. Homegood section isnt huge, but can find some good deals usually. Same with cosmetics/skincare. All in all, I recommend stopping in.”

“Super fun place for old things as well as inexpensive tee shirts and shorts. I visited because it was 2 doors down from our Airbnb unit. Prices are better than I seem to find in Raleigh, NC, but the coolest part was looking at all of the interesting things. Jim said he was originally from Ohio, but the people here eventually accepted this Buckeye and he is now a real part of the community.

“Dillard's is a perfectly good department store. They have nice clothes, good brands, and I've always found the staff to be friendly. But if I'm being fair, I'm not sure how often I would actually walk into Dillard's just because of the store or the selection.
I go because of Todd.
It started with jeans. After moving to Northern Kentucky, I had a surprisingly hard time finding jeans that actually fit right. I tried different brands and styles, but something was always just a little off. Then I met Todd.
Todd knows jeans. I mean, he really knows jeans. He knows the brands, the fits, and somehow seems to know what is going to work before I do. With his help, I finally started finding things that fit the way they should.
And it didn't stay with jeans. Over time, I started asking Todd for help with other clothes, and now he's the person I look for whenever I need pretty much anything for my wardrobe. He understands what I like, what fits me, and what I'm actually going to wear. I've come to trust his judgment.
That's really what makes the difference. I never feel like Todd is just trying to sell me something. I feel like he's there with me, paying attention and genuinely trying to help me find the right thing. It's personal service in a way you just don't run into very often anymore.
Does he make my wallet considerably lighter? Absolutely. But do I ever leave feeling like I was talked into buying something? Never. I leave with clothes I like, that fit well, and that I feel good about buying.
So while Dillard's probably wouldn't be one of my regular shopping destinations on its own, Todd has made it one. I've become a very repeat customer because of him, and that's probably the best compliment I can give.
Dillard's, you've got a great one in Todd. Take care of him. He's definitely taking care of your customers.”
