I think I talked to every employee there and they were each kind, friendly, and funny! “Awesome service- I never go anywhere else! I have purchased my last 5-6 phones from CellPhone Doctor and have received nothing short of fantastic service and quality devices each visit. On my last visit, I came in with a completely inoperable phone. The knowledgeable tech went over all my options, including simply replacing the battery ($99) on my iPhone XS Max- or purchasing a new phone. I opted to buy a new phone. He spent a ton of time transferring EVERYTHING over to my new phone- including my Apple Watch- which he did not have to do. I know their business hours may be limited- but it is absolutely worth it to go there. And if all of that wasn't enough to sell you on going to CellPhone Doctor....they have a shop Puppy!!! This was the most well behaved puppy I have ever seen in my life :)”

“10/10 the only place you should go if you’re a T-Mobile customer in the Louisville area. If you’re lucky Sabrina will be working! I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. “My store rep Conner was very helpful along with I think Logan Conner walked me through step by step the process of getting a new phone he also helped me get the best deals all the while being friendly patient with me when explaining and had great conversation and Logan helped me find out why I should switch to atat fiber optic Wi-Fi and tv systems and showed me why it was so much better than spectrum I was in with a broken phone and out with a new one and new internet and tv system in 20 minutes, Great Service!”

“What a gem of retro gaming and gifts in our area! GameStop doesn't carry any of the retro stuff anymore and their stores seem so bare. This place is packed to the brim with new, old, and nostalgic items. They have movies, vinyl, comic books, Funko, fandom gear, televisions, and hard to find items. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are conveniently located in the large shopping center at the corner of Hurstbourne Pkwy and Taylorsville Rd, near Kroger. You can count on having help when you need it and feeling free to browse and explore without feeling rushed - this introvert's dream come true! If you are looking for used newer games, retro gaming, unique hard to find items, be sure to visit them. They buy, sell, trade, so if you need to unload old stuff, they are really fair.”

“Purchased a razor flip phone versus started out with a line in the middle then a big black blob I was only able to use the outside of the phone. I am currently in the process of turning in the phone for repairs or replacement however all of my sensitive information is still on the phone my email is visible. I have removed my email from that particular phone as far as not being able to receive any further emails however the current emails you are able to open it up and read all of my sensitive information. Not only emails but any other app like my Facebook just everything. I had a friend that suggested to hold on to the icon and hit delete well I had delete and it removed it all from the front of the screen but when you go to where you can add them back to the screen guess what everything is visible still. I went in and manually delete it the emails and I figure I can change passwords and the other stuff I made it all the way down to where I can delete the trash and it will not let me delete the trash does anybody in this world know how to fix this I have gone to the AT&T store I have spoken to molarola and nobody is able to”

“As someone said previously Target is Target. This is a pretty nice store and seems to be well stocked with fresh merchandise. Prices are somewhat high, but they are everywhere. This store was close to where we were and my wife needed a particular item that she has had trouble finding. She found they had it online and when she went in it was there. That was worth an extra star.”

“I was eligible for an upgrade, so called and stopped into this store to get information. Gabe was exceedingly knowledgeable and efficient in both initial contacts and even more so in person when I then came in to purchase my new phone. He answered my questions thoroughly and was extremely helpful and pleasant. My appointment was fairly lengthy, but he was able to keep it moving forward while helping other customers that came into the store. Hopefully management will compensate Gabe for excellent work; my family will now all choose him for any purchases/upgrades and I will also share my positive experience with friends and clients.”

“I'd like to thank Caleb for the outstanding customer service he provided us after my phone was lost on the Beehive Trail in Acadia National Park Maine earlier this month. We bought a new phone before my old phone was found and returned to me. Caleb went above and beyond to get our new phone set up. “Target is Target is Target. They're pretty much reliable and consistent everywhere you go. This particular location recently got the CVS add-on, which brought a much better selection of Health and Beauty Aids on board. Their grocery section is surprisingly good, but feels a bit on the small side compared to other retail locations that have adopted grocery offerings.Two of the things that stand out for me at this location:1) The newly renovated Starbucks. I like that the recent renovation that took out the old, staid Target snack bar to make it more of a grab-and-go kind of situation with a few tables, and the Starbucks is the star of that show. #AboutFreakingTimeB) The service desk isn't as chaotic as some other Target service desks. I like the fact that there are individual kiosks instead of a long-ass counter.Shopping at this location is pretty easy and, for the most part, things are the same as in most other locations. If I'm looking for fabricated half-inch pipe I know where to look because I know where the fabricated half-inch pipe is located in a different store. (Will someone PLEASE get that movie reference?)The staff is usually attentive and helpful here. I'm the most impressed when I visit electronics. I was recently looking for a new sound bar and had a few questions about options on some of the models. I spoke to two different team members and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“4 star review for them to be able to fix what another corporate office in Louisville did not assist withWhile there was a slight wait this corporate office was able to pull my SIM card from broken display phone. And supply into a older device until I was able to get my broken display phone replaced *like I wanted*this corporate office on Shelbyville road Had to deactivate and return the phone. Another corporate office sold me & profusely apologized outer loop Did not give me all the options and just outwardlyupgraded a device that is not even 6 months oldWhen I mentioned the device they upgraded me to is not even 3 hours and within the 30 day return policy they asked if I didn't like the phon?e I replied not the issue the device is probably great; Your other corporate office used another line on my account to upgrade me on my device after they figured out what chaos was unleashed on my account they couldn't refund the $145.09 upgrade fee & there's a $50 restocking fee BUT they were able to refund $65.10 of the $145.09 .... That's $79.99 differenceOnly reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is they were unable to file a warranty claim for the busted display phone I originally wanted repairedIt's pretty bad when another Verizon retail store AND another corporate office across town tells you to avoid corporate office Outer LoopThank you for all your help”
