“As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Myron. I’ve never had someone greet me like that at this location. First impressions are everything. I’ve had staff not greet me and just let me stand here, with is bad customer service. He tried to help my family get devices, but there were some barriers. Things weren’t going as expected. Myron was not letting us leave the store without a smile on our faces. He went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate that so much. His excellent customer service was top tier from the moment we walked in til we left. As long as Myron is working here, we will continue to be a customer!!!”
“I googled Phone Repair near me, found this store and was there within 15mins of reading a few reviews! I arrived at 10:48am, iPhone screen half black, cracked, couldn’t use a single button! The clerk told me 30mins! In 15/20mins my phone was fixed, working like new and screen protector suggested sale for $5!!! BEST, Prompt, FAST service ever!!!! Keep up the great work! “Ismail is the guy who runs the store here, I bought 2 phones that he had on a limited time offer(which was SO worth the price!). He wasn't in a hurry to get me out the door, he wasn't trying to pressure me into buying accessories or unnecessary items just to up the price. He explained everything exactly as it should have been and I was able to grasp everything BEFORE I made the purchase due to his patience. I will for a fact be coming back and I think that more people should consider trying him out for your phone needs. I appreciate it a bunch!”

While there I met Tip and Al both of them were the epitome of knowledgeable about the product, personable, and guided us in the correct direction in phone selection. “Ok where do I begin? I’ll begin with Jake, a great employee who deserves to get recognition by his managers (Jeff and Dana)…. He helped me for hours through an issue I was having with my new service. Jake didn’t give up until the issue was resolved. The customer service he displayed was above and beyond! If you live in or around Independence go see Jake! A shout out to Roger (whatever you did it worked)! Shoutout to Jeff and Jordan too! Jeff (manager at this location ) displayed a true display of great customer service as well! I had corporate working with me to solve this issue and I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate the effort Jake displayed. A true display of character that is rare to find these days! Any company that has Jake as their employee should be proud of the customer service he displays!”

“People were helpful, but they did not always give me accurate information. For example, they gave me the wrong phone case and put it on for me. I was not able to use the volume button because they were pressed inside of the case. When I took it back, a different employee told me that it was the wrong case.”
