“I would recommend this storage facility for several reasons.
Ms. Lisa and Ms. Rita provide EXCELLENT customer service. Best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been there for at least a year 1/2… probably a little longer.
I started out at about 130.00 plus insurance, and was recently up to 202.00. I assumed the price would only increase yearly.
So there were several times that I was quite difficult to deal with due to these price increases and both of them were always patient and super friendly.
They will try to figure out if there are other options for you. Ex: Maybe you see that your property can actually be stored more efficiently and you can move down to a smaller unit. They look into any possible solutions.
Last week, I called Ms. Lisa and after speaking with me at length and asking me some questions, she found out that I have an insurance policy that might not only cover my personal property at home, but also at the facility. She asked that I email the declaration page to her. My payment is now 12.00 less a month.
She went the extra mile… her and Ms. Rita always do.
Lastly, recommending people to them, you will receive between $50.00 and I think up to $100.00 if that individual does decide to use their facilities.”

“Rented a storage unit from here for a year and never had a problem, even when I had to make a payment a week or two late they don’t overcharge with late fees. Rita the manager is very kind and helpful. They even ask what you plan on storing in there so they can give you an appropriate size unit so you’re not paying for more space than you would use.”
“Awesome people. Out of every uhaul I've used there is two that stood out and mini's U Stuff it Self storage comes in first on my list of uhaul renting. Guys that work there are friendly and down to earth people. Cannot remember the man's name that took care of me but he was prompt to get me going. The truck that I was supposed to get (set up and confirmed on the net) wasn't available. That fella gave me a bigger truck and charged me for the size I was supposed to get. These guys value their customers. I have another trip back to Louisville and I'm gonna try my best to get these guys for my rental. Thank you Mini's staff. I appreciate you all.”

“I started out skeptical as I have stored at 3 diffrent places and always had some sort of problem , my units have been broken into or been managed by nosey people or they have found hidden fees to charge so I didn't expect much. I now have 3 units 7 months later and I have loved it here from day one. Jennifer the property manager has been the absolute best going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken good care of. The property is neat. Kept up she works with you if you are late judgements free, all around safe and trustworthy place. I will never rent anywhere else. Kudos to finally having A safe and friendly environment to be in during your time of transistion. She should be given a raise she's a keeper!”
