“Staff were always very polite and helpful. Never had a problem with entering the property or security. I had my payments on auto deduction. I had also moved after putting things in storage and didn’t think about updating my address. I do not agree with the only way of being informed of a price increase being through the mail when all other correspondence are done by email or text. I realize I should have checked my account each month but it would be helpful when we get the email notification monthly saying the payment has been deducted that it list the amount being deducted in the text message also. Seems like maybe the company is counting on the customer not looking at their account and/or the customer not getting the correspondence in the mail. I recommend to all customers to mark it in your calendar how long the price is good for and checking the account monthly to make sure it hasn’t increased. Other than that issue it was a great place to use when I needed it! Thank you!”
