“Its too pricey and had trouble reaching them when I moved my things out on what I was suppose to do next because I moved out before my payment due date and was still being charged plus got charged for the lock still being on even though it wasn't locked and they could just go pull it out and open the door to see that I moved out especially after I left voicemails emailed them and live chatted with someone... But yea if you don't mind the price I guess they are ok...”

“This was a very stressful situation. I called on Tuesday and because this is peak moving season was told they only had one day available left for the month of July and I had already given my 30 day notice so I said ok I'll take it when is it Sunday. Which Sunday this Sunday July 5 at 8:30 am. Ok with 4 days to pack sheesh‼ Sunday 8:30 nothing. I call come to find out they put a smaller move in front of us and nobody called to inform us that our moved got push back to 1:30pm. Now we're upset think we may not get moved. They arrived 1:25 got us packed at our 1st stop on to our storage unit. These guys work like a well oiled machine ‼‼ they got us moved to our new house and even finished the job 2 hours early. These guys were so professional

“Awesome people. Out of every uhaul I've used there is two that stood out and mini's U Stuff it Self storage comes in first on my list of uhaul renting. Guys that work there are friendly and down to earth people. Cannot remember the man's name that took care of me but he was prompt to get me going. The truck that I was supposed to get (set up and confirmed on the net) wasn't available. That fella gave me a bigger truck and charged me for the size I was supposed to get. These guys value their customers. I have another trip back to Louisville and I'm gonna try my best to get these guys for my rental. Thank you Mini's staff. I appreciate you all.”
