“We were in the middle of packing up when we realized we needed more boxes and paper. We ordered supplies online, and when we got to the pickup location we found that the staff is super helpful and friendly. We also saw some additional products (moving blankets) that we were able to purchase on the spot. When looking at moving products for consumers, we found that big box stores and truck rental companies only offer smaller quantities for much higher prices. New Haven offers all of the moving supplies a regular person might need in quantities that make sense for regular people and at prices that are a great value. We just retired from active duty military service and I will recommend New Haven Moving Equipment to all of my military friends who have to make a PCS or retirement move.”

“I had excellent service from Melody last week. I had to overnight a package and had never done it before. Melody was so pleasant in walking me through the process. I actually went in thinking I would have them scan and email my documents to my colleague but after realizing the cost for that Melody suggested overnighting it for cheaper cost. She was super helpful, friendly, sweet and professional. It was not cheap but still she saved me money and met my needs. The shop is in a small strip mall and a bit difficult to get to, mostly because there is a Starbucks located there with a drive through. So as you are driving to park the cars coming from the drive through are coming at you form the other way, So be careful in the lot. Also in the parking lot are the gas pumps from Kroger so kind of a lot going on in that lot. But overall a good experience with good service.”

“There are only three dock doors that Shipper's uses. You might run into a wait at certain times of the day. Staff is nice. There is a bathroom for drivers inside the driver door and down the hall from the freight desk.”

“Excellent Staff from store Owner all the way down to Customer Service reps every single worker in this Store cares about the people of Louisville and each other I also happen to be a Mailbox owner specifically with this store from day 1 every staff member made sure I was who I was at first and then once they started to get used to who I was they greet me by name and we have small conversation while they check to see if I have any packages or mail. I give praise to everyone who works there I can't single anyone specifically out on who does a good job because they all do a great job. the franchise owner knows how to run a excellent store for sure as hands down 5 stars from me great job Store 5354. “Had tried to mail an envelope through UPS. It was "damaged in shipping". This FedEx location delivered a substitute mailing, a day earlier than promised. Meanwhile, UPS has been reviewing my claim since Dec. 1st. The people where so professional & informative at FedEx. I AM A FEDEX CUSTOMER now for life.”

“MUST READ REVIEW WITH IMPORTANT INFORMATIONThis is a contracted postal location. This means they can send select pieces of mail with various USPS services. They are not a full service stand alone U.S. Post Office. You can not pick up held mail, check PO boxes, mail anything with a lithium battery, medicine, or perfumes here. Nothing can be mailed out of the country due to customs declaration issues from this contract unit. Would be wise to bring any packages already boxed up. They have limited shipping supplies. They do have stamped envelopes and priority mail envelopes and flat rate envelopes for priority mail. They do not and cannot process QR code labels from a phone. If your package is not being shipped priority mail, bring it already packaged as this is a grocery store. The mail is picked up here at appx 3pm everyday. If you come after that, nothing can be shipped express mail or next day. The nearest stand alone post offices are on Allmond Ave and Crittenden Drive. The post office unit does close at 6pm on weekends. They also do have intermittent issues with their computers that doesn't allow processing sometimes.”
