“I have been left speechless with the Rapides and the efficiency of this work team, very grateful, they are undoubtedly the best in Louisville.I tell you that I had to send a shipment to Cuba (Camaguey) and why talk we have tried other agencies and they tell you 15 days and it takes more than a month for it to reach the hands of the Family, I saw this agency searching on the internet and I decided it would probably arrive this Saturday, December 2 at 1:30 p.m.: the lady who served me was magnificent, a boy received the merchandise, and she told me it would take 7 to 15 days, but this shipment will arrive on Tuesday....I I swear I had my doubts, but without words...last night, December 5, the shipment arrived in perfect condition...Congratulations, without a doubt, they are the best, my greatest wishes that you continue to grow...Thank you”

“1st time here it was great got confused on where is the truck entrance so here is some details information for truck entrance, when you turn right at stop light on crittenden drive keep going straight on crittenden drive road all around the curve look to the right you will see a brown sign saying 8001 truck entrance turn their and go all the way to security booth , security will ask you to turn off your truck they will take your bols call it in to dispatch and they will tell you to drop your trailer in lot number #4, all empty trailers will be on the fence side if you picking up a empty! Their is a Pilot at exit #121 just 8 miles away. Safe driving my fellow truck drivers!!”

“Let me start by saying I have never stepped foot in this store, but I had just completed an emergency trip to Louisville to discover that I had left something behind in my rental car. A call to the rental car company (Avis) got me very little help with a resolution to the problem. Once I thought I had a plan and reached out to this UPS Store for assistance, Anthony Karsner listened to my delima and the possible solution and suggested that I should let him handle the issue totally vs involving several parties to get my item back to me. I agreed and within days I received my item. I can't say enough about how he took on the issue and resolved it by himself when no one else even attempted to. This kind of service is long gone at too many businesses these days, I hate to say that as a former employee of Avis, this is something that would have been corrected vs to bad so sad. If you call Avis and go through the automation recording and select Lost and Found the transfer to an agent never gets completed.”

“We had a Lifetime playset delivered to the house this last Thursday. Knowing it was coming, and that we were on a small, dead-end street, my wife called a few days early to make sure they knew the situation. They had a teleconference with their driver to determine the best method of delivery, and set a window for their first availability. That driver managed to get a 28' truck down a narrow, dead-end street and backed it perfectly to the side of the curb right next to our driveway. Then, because of the size of the pallet, proceeded to unpack all 8 boxes (800lbs total) from the pallet to lower them individually and RE-pack all 8 boxes onto the pallet once they were on ground level. At this point, honestly, I was expecting him to dump the pallet at the base of our driveway and drive off like other freight drivers have done in the past. Instead, that man used a pallet jack to pull 800lbs of playset up my inclined, 1/8 mile long driveway (at least until my wife and I realized and ran down to help). It's been a while since I've seen a freight driver show this much professionalism and courtesy.”

“There are only three dock doors that Shipper's uses. You might run into a wait at certain times of the day. Staff is nice. There is a bathroom for drivers inside the driver door and down the hall from the freight desk.”

“I had excellent service from Melody last week. I had to overnight a package and had never done it before. Melody was so pleasant in walking me through the process. I actually went in thinking I would have them scan and email my documents to my colleague but after realizing the cost for that Melody suggested overnighting it for cheaper cost. She was super helpful, friendly, sweet and professional. It was not cheap but still she saved me money and met my needs. The shop is in a small strip mall and a bit difficult to get to, mostly because there is a Starbucks located there with a drive through. So as you are driving to park the cars coming from the drive through are coming at you form the other way, So be careful in the lot. Also in the parking lot are the gas pumps from Kroger so kind of a lot going on in that lot. But overall a good experience with good service.”

“I go to this UPS store on different days, at different times with different personal and ALWAYS receive the same Consistent Excellent Service. I am greeted as I approach a register with package processed immediately on my turn. Personnel answer my questions with polite, exact information and address any extra questions. They assist me with any packages to heavy for me to carry into the store. I'm SO SO Fortunate to have this store near me for service!!!”

“MUST READ REVIEW WITH IMPORTANT INFORMATIONThis is a contracted postal location. This means they can send select pieces of mail with various USPS services. They are not a full service stand alone U.S. Post Office. You can not pick up held mail, check PO boxes, mail anything with a lithium battery, medicine, or perfumes here. Nothing can be mailed out of the country due to customs declaration issues from this contract unit. Would be wise to bring any packages already boxed up. They have limited shipping supplies. They do have stamped envelopes and priority mail envelopes and flat rate envelopes for priority mail. They do not and cannot process QR code labels from a phone. If your package is not being shipped priority mail, bring it already packaged as this is a grocery store. The mail is picked up here at appx 3pm everyday. If you come after that, nothing can be shipped express mail or next day. The nearest stand alone post offices are on Allmond Ave and Crittenden Drive. The post office unit does close at 6pm on weekends. They also do have intermittent issues with their computers that doesn't allow processing sometimes.”
