“I was not initially happy with Watson, But the customer care center lady Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I got satisfied. Due to all the Rain my installation was put off for almost 4 weeks, my pool set in my driveway. Everything. getting ruined. But once the installers came. They went above and beyond had my old pool taken down new pool installed in one day! Omar One of the installation tax was absolutely amazing! Gave me his personal cell for when I started at my Pool told me to make sure I let him know if absolutely anything was wrong. My new port was absolutely beautiful and amazing. And Omar and his crew did an amazing job on cleaning everything up and helping me even get all the garbage out of my yard from the old pool which was not included in the installation. And Wendy, the customer service lady text me every day made sure everything was replaced that have been ruined by rain!”

“The clothing could have better size options.. instead one piece of clothing you like they dont have in your size because all 26 are one size they have you need a large but all are small and vise versa but huge selection of items also check the expiration dates they do sell expired food and drinks”

We went in looking at sectionals and had one configuration picked out, but Shawn took the time to help us play around with different layout options to better fit our living room. He ended up helping us order the exact setup we wanted AND somehow saved us over $500 in the process 🙌🏼
He was super easy to work with, not pushy at all, and actually listened to what we wanted instead of trying to upsell us. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely wants people to leave happy with what they’re buying. Buying furniture can be stressful, especially with modular sectionals, but he made the whole process really easy. If you go to Cincinnati Overstock, definitely ask for Shawn!”
“Just moved to the area and was at Lowe's and saw this store next door and decided to see if they had rugs. They have great rugs with great prices and every other thing you would ever need for your home decor! I got a standing TP holder for $12! (Went to Walmart later and the TP stands were $26 there!) I got everything on my list At Home! I would suggest to the manager to order some magnet hooks and stock them near the pot holders! I'll be back!”
“My original post was me being irritated. Keep in mind once over twelve years with lots of purchases is pretty good. So I am revising. Tina has always bent over backwards to try and make sure I am taken care of as a customer and I have made ALOT of purchases from the Florence location. Then yesterday switched out a computer they had special ordered for me that was much higher in specs. When I took the other computer in I forgot and left a bunch of dongles in the USB ports as I was in a rush and they were about to close. Then Paula called me to let me know, and I was already on 275 on my way to Cold Springs. So Paula went the extra mile and offered to bring them and meet me in Cold Springs on her way home, as I needed them for work (I work from home) the next morning. She literally went out of her way to get them back to me so that I didn't have an extra hassle the next day. Paula has always been nice and professional any time I have spoken with her, but going out of her way when she was off the clock 100% gave her an MVP spot in my book. She didn't have too, but still went the extra mile! Paula is awesome, and the whole team at this location are rockstars!!!”

Even when I was using the cart I was forced to get out of the way of employees. Cathy was friendly and asked if I needed anything. Give the girl a raise.”
