“DYLAN IS THE BEST!!! He was nice, patient, and very helpful. He helped me print an address to send, tape my package, and asked clarifying questions that made me feel secure. The building smelt nice, it was clean. This was a 5 star experience. Dylan, thank you for being an excellent source of help!”

“The guy at the counter was very helpful and nice. Older, Middle aged man, working Friday April 7, 2023 around 3pm. The people at other USPS locations seem to have such bad attitudes, but this guy had a very positive and kind attitude.”

“This branch is one of the busiest in the Louisville area as it serves a very large area. Although it is always under staffed there is always a wait, sometimes a long wait. The staff though rushed is always friendly and professional. Thislocation does offer passport service. Appointment needed for passports.”

“super nice & helpful staff! I came in after their walk-ins for passports ended thinking I had an appointment but unfortunately I did not. Despite this, the staff wasted no time allowing me to fill out an application and getting my application completed snd my picture taken very quickly! Wendy & Chapel were especially helpful, being very caring, polite, and helpful in answering any questions I had. I recommend this location to anyone needing passport services (but make an appointment if you can)”

“Best post office in town. The ladies in there now are very professional and helpful. Not a lot of standing room, but you don't need it because the line is never as long as other places in town. 10/10”

“I will say I've had my share of problems with the fill in mailmen. My usual guy was pretty good. Today I met a new young mailman on my route and he was so friendly and extremely polite. I am on Illinois avenue near the hospital. If we could only have more employees like him. I hope he gets a raise for his quality service.”
-
119 Evergreen Rd, Louisville KY 40243
“One of the best USPS offices in town ! I went in as a walk-in for my childs passport renewal and the staff especially Mr Brenson went above and beyond to all the customers!!!”
-
1527 Highland Ave, Louisville KY 40204
“I really appreciate the job the clerks do. (Carriers, too.) Working for the USPS and with the public is stressful. (That's why it's called, going postal.) Anyway, over the years, I've learned to steer clear of the place on Saturdays or whenever else there'll be long lines. Kind of glad to see negative reviews here. Maybe these people will stay away!PS: An update. The hours here have become VERY spotty. Very unpredictable. If I had to do it over again, I'd rent a box at a more reliable branch.”
-
9100 Fern Creek Rd, Louisville KY 40291
“I was hesitant because of the reviews of this location but needed to go to a USPS that opened at 8am. I have gone here 2 times in the last week and both times have been great experiences! I love that this location opens at 8am. There is usually no one there and both postal workers were very kind! I had no issues both times. So glad I wasn't deterred because of the reviews. Most of the reviews seemed more to do with mailmen and not necessarily the actual post office.”

3801 Billtown Rd, Louisville KY 40299
“So I tend to panic (my nickname at work is Stressica) but Erich was really helpful when I did NOT have all my ducks in a row. He still helped me when I was late due to going to the wrong post office for my appointment, made sure I got the right passport for flying, kept patient with me while my card continued declining, let me come back in once I figured THAT part out... I didn't deserve the patience he provided but I was thankful. AND his co-worker (I didn't catch her name) was super patient, too. All my chaos made a long line but they were so professional. Thank you again ?”

1420 Gardiner Ln, Louisville KY 40231
“I went in on a Saturday afternoon and the young lady was absolutely professional and polite. She was the only person working and she was attentive to all the customers.”

“Went in today and there was a long line… roughly ten people but the line moved very quick. I had a paxkage that just needed to be mailed. I got the tracking and was ready to go. The postal employees were very friendly and helpful. Never been to this location but I recommend this location to anyone in the area.”
