“My screen on my Pixel 9A was cracked. They quoted me about 2 hours. It took more like 3 and 1/2 but they were busy when I went back to pick up so it got lost in the shuffle. The work was fine but I wasn't warned that my fingerprint/biometrics would no longer work. I have to get into a Google program to re pair. All in all a good experience.”
“Today’s visit was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a phone carrier! My iPhone screen wasn’t working and after going to the Apple store directly (where they told me my phone was totaled and I’d have to buy another for almost 400 dollars) I came into Cricket with the intention of switching my SIM card to another phone. AD took one look at my other phone and completely repaired the broken iPhone within five minutes. The absolute best customer experience I’ve ever had! 10/10”
