“Only issue was first vehicle it was good on gas but a lil bit small for me n my buddy to put our belongings in where we was back n forth going to thrift stores finding good deals on stuff n went to a flea market n had just enough space for the exchange you all lucky had in stock on you alls property in Ohio when I was outta outside of the outskirts of Cincinnati for a getaway peaceful trip to Kings Island Amusement Park n Water Park n enjoyed m got out of Ky for the weekend besides that the exchange vehicle was a perfect sized n good gas mileage vehicle they gave me for the extra space.?”

After a nightmare of an experience trying to rent a car from one of the rental places at the airport almost a month before our trip, upon arrival our reserved vehicle was somehow unavailable. In desperation we called enterprise and we were able to reserve a vehicle for an even better price and in 5 minutes !! “My online pickup time differed than opening time so I was an hour behind on a 10 hour drive. I normally get my vehicle a day before but was trying to save money this trip (bad idea). The manager could have been nicer this round, like acknowledging why I was at the counter at when he arrived. Overall, vehicles are always in excellent condition and im usually upgraded so I am satisfied with Hertz. Will continue to do business.”

“National I my go to. I rent a lot and it's nice to be able to choose your ride at most locations when you have status. But when flying into smaller airports their customer service members seem to lack in ability to make decisions on the customers behalf.”
