They did a great job transferring files from desk top to new laptop. The Techs were extremely professional, polite, ask if I had any questions and took time to answer questions.

I allowed them 3 times to attempt a repair and they can NOT fix. Guess I'll take it into store

Logan was prompt, and professional in addressing my problems. He installed multiple peripherals and shortcuts. In addition, he attempted to fix an ailing printer. But, alas, had to pronounce a fatality. Thank you for your service!
