“This store is awesome! They always take care of all my goofy Amazon returns and never judge how many times I’m in a week (I’m an indecisive and impulsive shopper.) Even when I’ve used all my tape and my printer is out of ink, they’re always there for me and have the printer warm and fresh tape on the roll! Big shout out to Sophie who took care of my returns today, she rocks! The whole store rocks! I’m glad they’re my neighborhood UPS Store because they make shipping easy! “Excellent Staff from store Owner all the way down to Customer Service reps every single worker in this Store cares about the people of Louisville and each other I also happen to be a Mailbox owner specifically with this store from day 1 every staff member made sure I was who I was at first and then once they started to get used to who I was they greet me by name and we have small conversation while they check to see if I have any packages or mail. I give praise to everyone who works there I can't single anyone specifically out on who does a good job because they all do a great job. the franchise owner knows how to run a excellent store for sure as hands down 5 stars from me great job Store 5354.
