“I am an events specialist for a national non-profit organization. My organization used this UPS Store for shipping and receiving of packages while attending a major conference at the Galt House Hotel.Denise was our main point of contact at this UPS Store. Because I usually go through some (sometimes extensive) pre-payment authorization of service charges to help my busy on-site co-workers, I worked closely with Denise to handle our inbound packages before my co-workers arrived, delivery of the packages to our conference exhibit once the staff arrived, and our outbound shipments after the event concluded.Denise was very helpful and up-front about any issues that arose during our experience at the conference, and she made herself readily available to help us, even offering to communicate with me about any questions I had over the weekend preceding the conference. She was incredibly courteous and helpful to me and my on-site event staff. She made our experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Our organization was very grateful for her quick solutions, clear and prompt communication, and the store's overall professionalism and high-quality customer service.
