“I was trying to return an Amazon package. The Amazon site told me to go to Sephora. The person there looked at me like I had three heads and I tried Staples and that didn’t work. Then I went to UPS and they knew exactly what to do. There was a young man there who waited on me who was fantastic. I am very grateful.”
“I just had a very nice experience with Noah at this location! They were very kind, exceedingly helpful, and endlessly patient whilst I did my fingerprints this morning. If anyone important reads this review-give this person a raise, a feather in their cap, and a free lunch because they were AWESOME. “Denise was nothing short of wonderful. She went above and beyond for me several times while I was exhibiting at a conference in the hotel. When the monitor I ordered arrived in a damaged box, she sourced a sturdy replacement that was ready when I needed it. When the sign I ordered did not arrive, she immediately offered to create a new one so I didn't miss a beat. The world needs more people like her. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! I'd give more stars if I could.”

“My first time using this FedEx Ship Center as I was avoiding thinking that service will be Walmart level (= POOR). I've always used full fledge FedEx location, but nearest location is distant away. I had package ready to be shipped and needed to drop off before my trip and tried this location for the first time. All was smooth. Package was properly scanned and received receipt without asking for.”
“I had a last minute printing emergency and the people here was very kind patient, and professional. Their work exceeded all expectations. From beginning to end the entire process was pleasant.”
“This was the second time this year to visit the store in Louisville and Jim helped me both times. My father and mother passed away 8 months apart and Jim helped me make easel back posters to honor them. He did so with such sympathy and care that it made the experience a joy. “All the access points I’ve ever dealt with have been staffed with friendly . and helpful employees. This one is an actual ‘UPS Store’- this location I use the most and have never had any issues whatsoever. They’re always ready to help you and normally have a pretty girl or two on staff.”

“Very easy to perform the necessary actions. Conveniently located within Walgreens. It’s actually same place as Walgreens photo! Incredibly convenient, nice partnership idea between the two companies. Looks like all Walgreens employees are trained to help. They even took my phone number and I got immediate text confirmation. “The team at this store is always extremely kind and always willing to help with a smile. I arrived with a large and very special package and the team worked together to ensure my package would arrive at its location safely and securely. They worked really well together and were even training someone in the process. Management was around to ensure all customers were taken care of in a timely manner and that the newer employee felt confident with the tasks being performed, he was even taking notes! Impressive! I don’t live near this location but I enjoy visiting because of the staff.”
