“I made an online reservation late night, less than 8 hours before needing the car. I couldn’t believe it but pickup was easy. Big shout out to Daniel for helping me out early morning and then also being patient and pleasant when my drop off later on was not easy (my fault). I don’t normally rent from Enterprise but next time I’m in town I’d rent again thanks to his customer service.”

“The staff at enterprise went well above and beyond making me feel like a special customer in how well they assisted me through this frustrating time of having my personal car getting repaired at the collision center. I had a few issues with a couple of their electric truck rentals (Chevy Silverado EVs) where the vehicle had high voltage failures. However, the staff worked very quickly and diligently to provide expert feedback and immediate resolution in transferring me to an equal or better vehicle. CJ, the manager at the service road location in Metairie is very smart, respectful and well versed in customer satisfaction and interaction. Tristan and Christian were also going above and beyond to take moments out of their busy life to personally connect with me and empathize with my situation to ensure I get placed in the lost suitable vehicle until I’m 100% satisfied. This is the best enterprise I’ve ever been to and will always continue to do so as long the standards of care will remain this high! I highly highly recommend all renters to go to this enterprise if they’re looking for the best overall experience with the least number of hassles. I’ve attached pictures of some of the cool vehicles this enterprise owns and has put me in over time.”
“Very straight forward without much wait. I may have preferred them over the one in the rental car center (with airport shuttle,) since they had more than one rep at a time. We only had to find our way there from the to the airport ourselves which was a little bit of a hassle but no big deal. The rest of everything else was quick and efficient.”

“One man station with an old printer, so expect long wait time if the printer is feeling grumpy. However, Jasper is super awesome!!! If you fill out all the reservation online forms, you’ll get out in no time.

“Customer service is the only reason I give 5 stars. Brandon and Rhonda Lynn were awesome. We were rather upset that we got a phone call 45 minutes before scheduled pick up time informing us that only electric cars were available but Brandon helped us to understand EVs since we knew nothing about them. Someone ended up returning a good old fashioned gas powered vehicle early and Brandon got it to us so that we would feel better about renting. He even personally cleaned the car for us. If it had not been for Brandon, we would have gone elsewhere even though we would have missed out on the 35 percent off. Customer service is a huge deal for us. Brandon and Rhonda Lynn are definitely great examples of what customer service should be.”

We showed up at open on a Wednesday and he had our car lined up for us (along with several others) — we were on the road in 15 minutes.
I was confused why this place had such low reviews, but then realized that people often leave reviews because they had a negative experience. Just a reminder that you can and should leave good reviews when you have a good experience, which we did.
