“We rented through Costco, which was both easy and affordable. Michael was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive, even though the location was bustling with Mardi Gras business. I was renting a car to drive 1000 miles round trip in three days to attend my best friend's funeral, so it was an understandably stressful time for me. Fortunately, Michael made me feel like a valued customer, prioritizing my time and experience. When our rental pickup was delayed due to another customer not returning a car on time, Michael presented us with multiple options based on availability. We opted to wait a bit longer for a more comfortable vehicle, which turned out to be the right choice. Our car was not only comfortable but also up-to-date and spacious. My only concern arose when I discovered during the trip home that the manual operation of the low beams in the car was not functioning. Fortunately, the auto-lights came on while I was searching for a solution on YouTube. However, I did report this issue to Michael when I returned the car, and he expressed appreciation for bringing it to his attention. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Michael. I'd also like to acknowledge Keenan for his friendly professionalism, ensuring a smooth flow of customers and cars in and out while we waited for our vehicle. Thanks a lot, guys! We will definitely rent here again.”

“Customer service is the only reason I give 5 stars. Brandon and Rhonda Lynn were awesome. We were rather upset that we got a phone call 45 minutes before scheduled pick up time informing us that only electric cars were available but Brandon helped us to understand EVs since we knew nothing about them. Someone ended up returning a good old fashioned gas powered vehicle early and Brandon got it to us so that we would feel better about renting. He even personally cleaned the car for us. If it had not been for Brandon, we would have gone elsewhere even though we would have missed out on the 35 percent off. Customer service is a huge deal for us. Brandon and Rhonda Lynn are definitely great examples of what customer service should be.”

“Renting cars post pandemic has become a nightmare. I expected to have a similar experience here but to my surprise, it was a smooth process from picking up the rental and dropping it off. The owner and the workers at this location are fantastic. I was given a courtesy call the day prior and informed that the rental would be late getting to the location and that I would receive a call to pick it up when it became available. As promised, I was called the next morning and was able to pick it up on time. Previous rental car agencies didn't bother to contact me to let me know they didn't have a rental car available at all despite booking weeks in advance. Needless to say, I will definitely rent again from this location.”

“We will only use Budget from now on! We were there on November 5 and wanted to drive to Baton Rouge for the LSU/Alabama game. We rented a car from Enterprise on the internet and while we were walking to Enterprise to pick up our car, we got an email saying the local store didn't have any cars available. We stopped in Budget and they also were booked. However, Gloria told us if we would wait, she would get a car for us. We waited and just before they closed, a car became available and we made the game. It was a very hectic day, as many people were also trying to go to the game and the car rental places were booked. We appreciated how courteous Gloria, Cherine, and the others were during the "rush" of people picking up and returning cars. They remained calm, professional, and courteous to the customers. We highly recommend Budget.”

“Quick and friendly service at the office in NOLA. Easy return in miami international airport. On the car details nor in the rental agreement it stated the type of fuel. When we called the office, we were transferred to a call center. The employee told us he would transfer the call to someone who could give us the answer, but instead we got disconnected. That’s why -1*. We had to look up what similar cars would normally take and ‘guessed’ right.”
