Shopping and coordinating something for a special event, right before I checked out I asked for her personal opinion and expertise. She was willing and welcoming to provide stellar customer service. She knew the store, product.knowledge of departments and had care and service with compassion. In the end it wasnt the savings, that made my trip one where I would now choose this store as my home store; it was Cheleatha. Her going above and beyond with a smile, and making customers feel like the store isn't just a store in the area. But its the store you feel is just for you, with customer service being the greatest quality along with good buys. The Westbank is definitely blessed she is the jewel of JCPenneys woman's department.”
