“I went into this store on yesterday, because my phone battery was not holding a charge. I was going to buy another phone that maybe would have cost me around $300 or more. While talking to the very kind gentleman Iziz he asked to see my phone. He then stated that I needed another battery which he put in and my phone has been working properly like it should without any problems. I purchased several items such as charger for my son’s computer and an IOS Charger for my Apple Watch and IPhone. Most people would have sold me another phone. I thank Iziz for his honesty and his exceptional customer service. Iziz wasn’t just there to make a buck off of me. He has integrity that goes along way. Thank You Iziz for saving me the consumer big bucks! You are ?.”

“I had an excellent experience getting my iPhone's cracked screen protector replaced at the T-Mobile store today. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Despite it being a busy time, I didn't have to wait long at all before someone assisted me.
The sales associate who helped me was knowledgeable about the protection plan I have that covers free screen protector replacements. She quickly looked up my account, confirmed I was eligible, and got the replacement process started right away.
Within just a few minutes, she had taken my phone, carefully removed the old shattered protector, cleaned the screen, and expertly applied a brand new tempered glass protector. She was very diligent to ensure it went on perfectly with no bubbles or misalignment.
From start to finish, I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes tops. The service was fast, efficient, and hassle-free thanks to the great team at T-Mobile. It's awesome to have this screen protection benefit included with my device insurance plan.”

I’m very educated on her information about boost and working and I went to several different locations before that one and she was the only one who gave me accurate information and helps me the most. “I'm not a fan of Walmart but thought I'd stop by since I was in the area and came across this location. Store was not crowded (probably due to the time of day) and it was very clean. Employees were very friendly and I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and used the self check out registers with ease and no lines.”
