I called NFCU spoke with several associates and was told that a check had to be reissued. However when I went into the branch and spoke with Ms. Terri Kipp (branch leader). She went above and beyond to make sure I did not have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to receive my funds. I hope management knows she is a real asset to the company.”

“This bank was such an amazing experience!! I went on the Friday that just passed. I lost my wallet AGAIN or else I had definitely asked for her business card. First I called to see if the bank was able to take a larger amount of money out and the man that answered was so nice and helpful. Then when I went in a woman with short dark hair and glasses that was there helped me. She was so so nice and went above and beyond!!! The parking was not the best due to construction, but I would still go and give more stars if I could. She went above and beyond and her and the man greeted me nicely when I went in. The place was nicely kept and clean. I am hoping to get a survey so I can take it!.”
