“I had a very good experience at Bank of America when opening my credit card account. The staff who assisted me were Mr. Jesus, Miss Lisbeth, and Miss Youreous. They were all very polite, patient, and willing to help me throughout the whole process.
I forgot quite a lot of information during the application process, but they still helped me restart and complete everything step by step without any frustration, especially Mr. Jesus. I truly appreciated his patience and professionalism.
Before leaving the bank, I asked if there would be a survey where I could leave positive feedback for the employees. Mr. Jesus mentioned that a survey invitation would be sent later, but after waiting for a while, I never received one. That’s why I decided to leave this Google review instead to express my appreciation.

“The banker named Omar was fantastic! I could not have had a smoother experience at a bank. I had a complicated situation where I needed to be on a signature card with a joint account with my father and other family members. Everything had to be done from different bank locations in Maryland. Omar stepped up to the plate and everything he did, including communicating with another banker at a different location, went seamlessly and easily accomplished with his knowledge and experience. There was something that needed to be figured out at the other branch and Omar put his problem solving methods to work and before long everything was troubleshooted correctly and figured out. I highly recommend this branch to bank at. Keep up the great work Omar! Keep up the great work Truist!”

I was here for what I had thought was a simple transaction, renewing the annual fee of a safety box. However, the process turned a lot more complicated than I thought and I had two ladies who patiently helped me by consistently brainstorming the best solution. Together, they must have spent about an hour assisting me.
I suspect if I had gone to a different branch, I would’ve been turned away with a “sorry, please call customer service”. I am so glad I came to this branch! I wish I lived closer because it would really reassure me to live close to a Capital One location with these amazing ladies (in my haste, I didn’t at have the opportunity to ask for their names)

From the moment I first called, Deshawn Downs went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel completely comfortable before I even stepped into the branch. He assured me that everything I needed would be taken care of by both himself and Brandon Oliver—and he was absolutely right.
Deshawn even made it easy for me to bring my 2-year-old son along, helping keep him entertained while we opened accounts. Both Deshawn Downs and Brandon Oliver are incredibly genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I also appreciated the fact that there is a location so close to my home. I admit that I did not do a thorough enough research and did not realize until after the fact that this bank does not offer mobile check deposit.
