“HH Mid-Town is a building with a great amount of common space . The shower has amazing water pressure . For the most part , I would recommend this place to people if asked . Lei and Trin help us to make the building feel homely as well .”

Location? Locust Point is unbeatable—walk to groceries, bars, and the waterfront. It’s city living with a neighborhood vibe. Downsides? Rent’s on the pricier side, parking can feel steep, and you might catch a little city noise here and there.
Still, for the views, vibe, and convenience? 4/5 stars. Anthem House knows what’s up.”

“I just moved in, so far so good. I had an emergency maintenance issue over the weekend, and when I called the phone number given to us via email, it would not go through. But luckily, I was able to reach someone via the main phone. However, speaking to that person, they misunderstood my emergency maintenance issue so they never marked it emergency (my bathroom tub would not drain at all and its my only bathroom, and I had somewhere to be by 2pm). I called to make this issue, waiting 3 hours. Still in frustration, I was prompted to go to Home Depot to see if i can fix it myself (I honestly dont know how but whatever). When I got there, it was like an angel was sent from heaven, I ran into our new maintenance technician Zuri in the parking lot. I am so thankful for him because he was willing to help me out even though he was not in his shift. He helped so much!!! If it was a personal google review of just him, I’d give him a 5out of 5 (10 out of 5actually) but due to the building’s overall emergency maintenance phone call, it will be a 4 out of 5.”

Especially Justin helps me and my roommate on Aug 22, the first day we came carlyle and inquired about the availability. We made friends with Tedsa, who is really kind and helpful! Keycia also have took her time to lead me to get some tissue in social lounge. We had a really joyful time with them!! Highly recommended Carlyle Apartment!!!!”

“I initially faced some pest issues with subletting when I first moved in, but Gabby from the leasing office has been very supportive. She’s helping me transfer to a new room, even taking the time to walk through it with me to make sure everything is in order. Gabby is incredibly open in her communication, which is making the whole process smoother, and she brings a positive vibe to the entire community. The staff here are responsive and are making the process easier for me. The neighborhood feels safe, and if you’re studying at Homewood, this place is worth considering.”
“Just had an amazing tour with Rocky and we can’t wait to make Tindeco our new home! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with great views. The building is located in a super walkable neighborhood with the marina, stores, restaurants and parks nearby. Touring with Rocky was exceptional. She took her time with us and she was personable, informative and friendly which made us feel right at home. We also got to meet a few tenants and they told us how much they loved living there. “My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.”

“We just recently had the apartment doors replaced in my building. They are beautiful, but the apartment letters weren't on the new doors when they were installed. I made a maintenance request, and got a letter on my door within 2 or so days. I wish that all the renter's in the building would have gotten theirs too, but I will take what I can get. The rating is for all my maintenance requests. Maintenance has been very responsive to all my requests. Also, I use the resident portal to send messages to the office with concerns. That seems to be the best way to reach them. Overall, my experience here has been very good. Thank you.”
“The Redwood is a great place to live in downtown Baltimore. Jasmine is very personal and I have seen her work well other residents she is always helpful. Hoping to see more good things happening around here with the new mgt team.”
“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”

“This place is clean, welcoming and safe. The management team was very friendly and welcoming. Alima was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable, patient and eager to wnswer all our questions. We toured other buildings but we prefer the academy to all the other options in the area.”
“My partner and I loved living at HH! Aneesa and Tristan are so great to work with and more organized than the first property managers I worked with when we moved in last year. Truly, it was a change we noticed when management switched. Aneesa and Tristan are attentive and answered any questions we had as quick as they could, and try to help out as best they can. Also, the appliances were great and we loved how big the bathtubs were + water pressure is good too. Washer and dryer in unit was also great.
We had some issues with our packages getting stolen but the leasing team was on it right away and handled the matter very professionally, which we were very appreciative of, and took it into their own hands to make sure the packages were placed in a locked room only residents had access to before they closed each night.”
