“We came here to see a candlelight concert. The Grand Baltimore is a beautiful building and venue. We had no issues getting in and getting seated. Food and drinks were offered. After the show it was pretty easy to navigate getting out amongst the crowd. We'd definitely see a show here again.”
“Never knew about this hall. However, it is small, nice, clean, and updated. I may have to book something here. More importantly, the staff is really awesome. Welcoming. Friendly.”

“This is a very nice event hall. It is well decorated, bathrooms are clean, bi level, management is nice,.. but parking sucks because it is in downtown Baltimore busy district with no convenient parking garages.”
“I booked a group outing and we had the BEST experience. Reservations were handled smoothly and from the moment we arrived, everything was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious (warm chocolate chip cookies, omg), every aspect of our evening was wonderful. “Incredibly beautiful hotel, I almost wish I had stayed longer just to enjoy how pretty it was. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with my booking; the system somehow double booked me, under two different discount codes. The lovely woman at the front desk was very efficient at clearing it all up getting me situated while also being very nice and joking around. The manager came over just to check on things and was also great to talk to. Valet parking was very easy, and the attendants were great. Went to the café downstairs, food was pretty pricey, but for the area it isn’t bad, and the portions are *more* than generous.
Literally a block away from CFG arena. The room wasn't very expensive compared to others, and I likely saved even more just by not needing to take an uber. I was here for a kpop concert, as were many other guests, as well as a lot of military people were staying. So a very loud gathering of people on top of being in downtown Baltimore. However, my room was very peaceful, no excess noise spilling in.
There is certainly some wear and tear in the rooms, like other reviews have stated, but nothing to detract from the stay at all, just what one can expect from a historic site.”

“We were here for a wedding. Upstairs acoustics were not good for band and folks talking in a microphone. The food was good, Servers were excellent! Parking was not too bad an issue for being in a neighborhood.”

I was impressed how clean the hotel was from our room to the lobby to the gathering spaces through out the hotel....
I was loved the fact the hotel is located in the heart of the Inner Harbour with great views...
I can't stress how impressed I was with the friendly staff, how clean the hotel was...
Oh, I forgot to mention that our hotel bed was super comfortable and smelled good which is a big plus for me...

“It was my first time there on 6-24-23. Good fight night at the Patapsco Arena. You will be up close, right in the action. Not a bad seat int he house. The crowd was lit, had good energy, and excitement as they cheered for their favorite boxer. And those ring girls! Somebody call the fire department to bring them a trench coat. Lol! Cool place tho.”
“I love Baltimore's Harborplace and I've sadly watched it fall into disuse. I understand that the City development has a plan to remake it into a multi-use residential living and shopping area. I will miss the happy faces in summer, relaxing and enjoying the live music and the holidays with the fireworks displays. I remember how much fun it was for families to visit. I, myself, have spent many a July fourth and a New Year's Eve watching fireworks and celebrating at the Harborplace. I bid it a fond farewell.”
“I just finished looking at the pictures from my sons party back in August and remembered how amazing the service was. T.J assisted us with the party and the service was absolutely amazing. I won't go to any other bowling alley now. We were so pleased. I hope he's still there I haven't seen him the last few times we been. He adds amazing value to that store for sure. “Small intimate setting. No natural light. The A/C is not optimized, however the fans helped. Overall it is not a bad spot for an event. The Elevations House Music Event that I attended was amazing. Great vibe, great energy, and the music kept us on our feet from 10 until 2:00 am. I will definitely visit again.”

“Extremely comfortable beds. I stay in hotels 200 nights a year (pilot) and this is a top 5 bed. Also, front desk attendant, Jay, was one of the most welcoming and helpful staff members of any hotel I’ve ever been to. Out of thousands of staff, he is top 0.1%! He needs to be recognized for his superior and exceptional service!”

“Here for a work conference. Didn't stay the night. Beautiful grounds and fun pathways to explore on breaks. The food here has been variable in the 15+ years I have been attending conferences here but it's at an upswing now. The individual packed breakfast and lunch was very good and healthy.”
