“On Friday afternoon, UPS patched me through to Jason’s number by accident. I live in New Orleans. He had no reason to be helpful to me whatsoever, but he patiently offered to look into my tracking issues where an Access Point had refused my package and gave me advice how to solve the problem. It almost brought me to tears how kind and patient he was, especially given that he was not poised to benefit from this interaction. That kind of service is particularly rare in this day and age, and it won’t be forgotten. Clarksville customers: you’re lucky to have a businessperson like this in your town. “Been calling them since morning and no one answered and finally they got to answer the call round 3pm and the lady just told me to go on hold and as it is now l am still on hold for almost an hour and half and what l really need is urgent and can’t afford to drop the call . At some point there are no guests l could hear them talking to themselves and still leave me on hold . What kind of service is this honestly. Today January 2nd 2026 at 4.38pm on hold since about 3pm . I will attach a screenshot of the call. Let them know even people calling are customers as well. You can’t make someone hold for this long. What is the use of the phone if they ignore clients on the phone like this .”

“Today was my first time in here and a young African American/melanated lady assisted me with my labeling and boxing for my shipment around 3:21 pm she was very friendly and nice. There was also a African American guy that help me with printing off my document but he seemed like he had to rush and wasn't that friendly.There was a taller looking Hispanic or asian guy he was not so friendly and only strived to assist the Caucasian people that came in the store even though we were standing there waiting. That was very racist of him and the store manager needs to evaluate that employee or keep losing customers. If it wasn't for the young lady I would give my visit a zero.”
