“Had port networks installed after two years of xfinity (which was horrible). It was nice talking to someone real on the phone.The two technicians, Matthew and Brandon, who came to help were amazing and extra friendly. They were professional and set up everything in an incredibly organized way. The internet also runs well, so no complaints at all. I can't recommend them enough!”

“I made an appointment through my Verizon app and was greatly almost immediately by my appointment specialist Joseph, who was amazing. He helped me fix my issue quickly, answered my questions and was professional and caring as he helped me navigate my issue. I ultimately walked away with a new phone (my choice) and was in and out of the store in less than an hour.Every employee seemed to be helpful and positive as they engaged with their costumers. Thank you for creating this type of atmosphere in your building. I would recommend this location, for sure!”

He even handled multiple groups of people coming in the door, answering questions quickly, if could be, and having them wait if could not. I was impressed by the Customer Service. “Shout out to the Pennsylvania Avenue Boost Mobile team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A few weeks ago I came in about 20 minutes before closing.I usually try not to show up to places that late . Moe didn’t care about the time. I was greeted with a smile and quickly taken care of. She explained the details of the screen protector I purchased and even assisted with putting it on. That was helpful because i didn’t know how to get the cracked protector off safely in the first place.It’s a 50/50 finding good customer service near closing at times. The other young lady at the counter was also servicing someone with a smile and a wonder attitude.I most definitely felt like a valued customer.Highly recommend and I will be back.”
