And everyone from the manager who special ordered the right key to the staff person who programmed it were just outstanding. “I headed over here to pick up some supplies for a weekend project, and it was a pretty smooth trip. The store is huge and has just about everything you could possibly need for home repairs or gardening, which I love because I hate making multiple stops. I managed to find what I was looking for fairly quickly thanks to the helpful signs in every aisle. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that it can sometimes be a little tricky to find an employee if you have a specific question, but overall it is a reliable place to get things done.”
“Why am I reviewing an industrial supply company? Probably because I'm bored and on hold with Cox Communications and it could be hours before I talk to anyone real. That and I thought their service was pretty good. I had to go hunt down an industrial strength fan to help cool down a garage. This place carries all kinds of stuff for your blue collar business. However, I think they only deal business to business. The first fan I picked up was a piece of crap. I returned it, no questions asked, and got another one with no difficulty. The staff was pretty friendly and down to earth.”

Yanci at Lowe’s was outstanding. The first dryer was severely defective—so loud the tech confirmed it needed to be returned. Without Yanci’s help, I would have canceled the purchase and gone to Home Depot. Her personal service is the only reason the situation was resolved satisfactorily. Yesterday, my daughter and I went to the Ft Washington Post Office for passport renewal services. Victor was so professional, kind, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing.
The Department of State sent us a letter that her passport renewal application was received, but we completed the incorrect form and provided us with the correct form and instructions for next steps.
Victor greeted us warmly. We had our part completed and Victor immediately knew what to do. What a breath of fresh air. I believe we were in and out within 7 minutes. I told Victor that he was a God-send. I was sharing this experience with a friend and she also commented that she has been serviced by Victor multiple times and the experience has always been phenomenal
