The saleslady proceeded with researching the issue and discovered this was a known issue. Since we had insurance Asurion was contacted.The Asurion operator, contacted the Apple store in LA for an appointment to get her phone fixed. The store didn’t have any appointments until the following week. The operator continued searching for a place that could do an immediate fix. She contacted uBreakiFix in LA. They had an opening and got her right in. Cay’s phone was fixed! The best part is because she had insurance, the cost was $0.A HUGE “Thank You” to the saleslady in Laurel, MD and the Asurion operator for working together for a VICTORIOUS ending!”
