“A man named Ron helped me much on 2/23/2026! He helped me find a rug that my wife wanted me to purchase. The inventory is great. The quality of the rug is high. An evident manager was alert to my need at the beginning, and he had Ron assist me. The cashier was excellent as well! Our living room is improved, thanks to Home Sense in Columbia, Maryland. The store's setting and cleanliness are important to us as customers, and the staff delivered all!”
“Was really unhappy that my brand new bag had some dents in the leather and was missing the dust bag when I got home. I turned around and went all the way back to return it. Keya exchanged it for me and wrapped the new one and put it in the dust bag as it should be with a bag purchase. Presentation and care of the bag is part of a good service. I was very satisfied afterall because of her and will seek her out in the future. She turned my whole day around :)”

“I had a gift card for the store but I had to walk around a lot to find something to buy. The line was veryyyyy long to pay. It started from the outside of the aisle. They did have a lot of Halloween displays in the aisle so that while you are waiting for the cashiers you can get something. Good PR marketing strategy. I must say that they had a lot of cashiers ready by the time I was able to pay for the 2 pumpkin Fall Halloween candles.”

“This is my wife's favorite store to go. With all variety of goods she may spend hours there. And yesterday we received the best customer service ever. The associate named Raj went above and beyond helping us loading our item to our car. We had some trouble loading it and I was about to return the item. Raj tried different ways to load and then came up with a brilliant approach. He spent good deal of time helping us and provided caution advices for our trip home. We really appreciate your help!”

“Marshall's in Columbia usually have a better selection of clothes for plus-size women. If they had more stylish dresses, instead of long and drab looking Little House on the Prairie dresses, I would give this location a 5 star rating. The jewelry had some pieces that I purchased and been complimented on. I usually can find a pair or two in a size 11 shoe but not this time.”

I wanted to give a shout out to two exemplary employees who were working in the men’s department that morning, Sinaa and Jenni. I was greeted pleasantly by Sinaa upon entering the store and her positive demeanor was much appreciated. I was then assisted by Jenni who without hesitation helped to find a shirt and made helpful suggestions. An average trip to the mall was made so special that day because of these two employees. “I’ve bought mainly from their coffee sections, snacks, and bathroom decor. They have a good variety of items and I especially enjoy the coffee and browsing their clearance section. On a recent visit, I was particularly impressed by a store associate, Keisha, who showed such warm, refreshing, and personable customer service to multiple customers, including myself. At the register, Keisha and I ended up having a passionate discussion about Dubai Chocolate and next thing you know I’m leaving the store with Dubai chocolate! (by ForEva chocolate). And the chocolate was excellent. Moments like this is what makes shopping interesting and fun. Thanks Keisha! Parking is easy! Overall, I’d recommend!”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

“Store is very clean, as see other people saying it was very dirty but it isn’t so.
They have a decent amount of selection of everything from fresh produce to everyday items including snacks, linens, camping essentials. Their vegan options are more than other small stores like Aldi.
Some products which are expired or close by are on heavy mark down prices. In my opinion it’s an amazing thing to do as it prevents the products to go bad! I saw noodles for 1cent/pack (closer to expiry) which is like giving it all away for free!
Staff is very polite and helpful. I don’t know about the bargain, so I can’t say anything about it!
Their coffee selection is great, if you’re a coffee lover do check it out!
Some of the pasta sauces and jellies you don’t easily find in another stores!”
