At College Park ExtraSpace storage facility, I got great help from Curt and Apri [sp?].
I first went to the facility and was helped by Apri. I knew, and informed her, that I would not rent a storage space that day. I was just looking for information about the facility and units. She was a great help: well informed. I knew that it was very likely I would return to rent a storage space at College Park facility.
A week later, I returned to rent a storage space. Great help, good explanations from Curt. Curt patiently helped me to look at several different storage areas before I chose one. Like Apri, personable and well informed.
Two great reps for ExtraSpace. I will certainly recommend the College Park facility to anyone looking for a storage space.

“Came from Public Storage at 3351 Briggs Chaney Rd to this location since there was an issue with my reservation but no one at the Briggs Chaney site to help, and I am glad I did!
Akena offered to help with my reservation and fix the one at the Briggs Chaney location, but because of her kindness and professionalism... I canceled that reservation and booked at this location! I was so frustrated prior to speaking with her but she squared away my concerns and was able to get me clean unit in no time! Thank you, Akena!”

“We highly recommend this moving company. They worked with us to provide competitive pricing and were very careful in both packing and moving our 4 bedrooms (including a piano) from MD to VA. While careful, they were also very efficient, coming in slightly under the estimated hours. Additionally, my wife was 36 weeks pregnant, and all of the movers were so kind, volunteering to help her beyond what they were contracted to move. Lastly, the owner reached out to us personally within an hour over the weekend when we reached out about a billing question. In all ways, they very much eased the extreme stress that a move always is!”
