“Site was easy to access very clean and neat the climate control was perfect not too cold and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the East is to get into the facility as well as the store our products and the fact that they had that the right type of dollies in order to get our stuff without having to tow it down by hand and the elevators are very smooth very quick to arrive when we push the button and the experience was very good thank you”

As a public storage customer who saw their bathrooms were locked without a representative in sight, walking next door to extra space and they being nicely staffed with working bathrooms was a major positive. They are probably better than public storage in other ways too!”

“This was not a pleasant rental experience. The front desk attendant seemed uninterested in helping and appeared to expect that I would simply drop the vehicle off without a proper check-in—which is unacceptable. Additionally, the vehicle needed new front tires and was not very clean. This review is edited because I spoke with the manager and she explained that they are just rental for U-Haul, but this still doesn’t justify the way I was treated. Nevertheless I will rent again but only going directly through management.”

“Chris was fantastic. He was extremely informative and helped me choose the right unit for my storage needs. He was professional, friendly, eager to help, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Since it had been a while since I last rented a storage unit, I really appreciated how he walked me through the entire process.
Chris clearly explained all pricing, fees, policies, and what to expect, making sure there were no surprises or hidden costs. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the price for a 10x10 unit was the lowest I found—significantly lower than competing facilities.
The online booking and payment process was smooth and easy, and the app works well for its intended purpose. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include a map of the facility within the app. That said, Chris was quick to offer a simple solution by printing one for me so I could take a picture of it for reference.
Overall, an excellent experience, and Chris’s customer service made all the difference. Highly recommended.”

“Great experience ! Im is now my 2nd time leasing from this location, and I will be honest the location itself is nothing different from any other ExtraSpace. It’s exactly what you would expect from a self storage facility. Nothing more nothing less, That being said, it is pretty well Maintained .. except for the front gate its a bit wonky 😳 Now for me, what has stood out this time around was my costumer experience 🙌🏽 Farid Made my move-in experience easy, breezy! I also had a last-minute transfer From unit to unit & it was near to closing time 😅. I personally would be annoyed by me, but not that Farid let it show on his end if he was 😌
And someone who works in Customer Service 10 out of 10! Give me all my information that I needed and made the whole interaction as painless as possible, and I did not feel rushed one bit! All good vibes! I walked in already, dreading the possible interaction, and I left with a smile on my face glad I had accomplished my task! I don’t really remember my first time Leasing because it was so long ago, but it was well enough for me to come back & Now I continue to only have positive experiences at this location 🙂↕✨”
