My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”
“I had a great day at T-Mobile today. With a wonderful employee called Taleah, she is a wonderful employee! She spent 2 hours with me and help me set up my phone And reset my phone. “I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”

“Had port networks installed after two years of xfinity (which was horrible). It was nice talking to someone real on the phone.The two technicians, Matthew and Brandon, who came to help were amazing and extra friendly. They were professional and set up everything in an incredibly organized way. The internet also runs well, so no complaints at all. I can't recommend them enough!”
“I don't frequent this location often. The Entire staff was female, aside 1. They were all team oriented and worked well together. They displayed adaptive customer interaction skills and are clearly able to multi task. I appreciated the ambiance and support I received from the moment I entered until I returned home task accomplished. I was able to trade out an old modem for an updated one, not the newest one which sucks but I guess.”
“I tried to set up my new S25 Ultra by phone, when I got disconnected from the Verizon customer service rep I drove to the Verizon store on Fleet Street. Allysa was amazing! She was helpful, reassuring, and communicated often with updates on getting my phone set up. Highly recommend Allysa. Thanks for setting up my new phone!”

Me and my husband came into this store to view different phone plan options.
At other locations like T-Mobile & AT&T they were very pushy when it came time to exploring different phone plans. But here at Verizon, Amon was super helpful (not pushy at all). He gave us our space to make our decisions!
We later came back about a month later to pursue the Unlimited Plus plan. Again, Amon was super helpful, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, gave us a clear view of what our phone bill would be before hand, showed us many different options. Hands down one of the best retail managers I’ve ever dealt with in years! And in 2024 great managers like Amon are very hard to find. So, I give him and this store a lot of props!
Everyone should definitely look into this location if pursuing Verizon.”
“I've been using this Boost Mobile Store for cellphone service since 2014. The representatives have been nothing short of professional, efficient and cordial in so far as customer service. I don't remember ever leaving this store unsatisfied with an agents attitude or otherwise Boost Mobile representation.”

“I searched out this location to give Andrew kudos and am not surprised to see multiple reviews mentioning him by name. Fantastic customer service, patience, follow through, and communication. We had some timing difficulties to get phones transferred from Verizon on our side and Andrew stayed with us through it all. What he said he could do, he did. All promises delivered and with a (phone) smile. Fantastic rep.”
“This is a great location with knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service! Store Manager, Justin, is patient and kind. He is even Spanish speaking so he can assist a variety of customers. The rest of Justin's staff have great customer service skills as well. Very good people here.”

“For the first time in 4 years of going to this store, I had a great experience. Was dreading it after looking at recent reviews combined with my past not so great experience. I made a reservation which really cut down the wait time. I was having trouble with my phone holding a charge and needed a new charger anyway. Zierre Cross was incredibly helpful and went way above and beyond in identifying the problem of dust/dirt in the port and got it all out (it was a lot). Saved me money from having to get it cleaned out properly. I won't be as hesitant going back especially if he is there.”

“Yesterday Idropped off a router I had picked up from my son's apartment. He has been stuck in a war zone for weeks and unable to return and close out the account. The agent who assisted me (Ryan, I think?) was so incredibly sensitive and asked about my son's welfare. That was totally unexpected and made my day. I've told family members to patronize this store.
