“I love shopping at Wegmans. Their bakery is easily the best in the area. The bread, bagels, and cookies are all top class and always fresh. We keep going back just for the bakery section alone!
The hot bar and prepared food options are also really good, with plenty of variety and consistently solid quality. It makes grabbing a quick meal super convenient.
For grocery shopping, their selection is above par other stores in the area. One thing I really appreciate is how many international products they carry. It’s much easier to find specialty ingredients and foods from different cuisines compared to most grocery stores nearby.”

“We were eating nearby and saw this place and decided to go in and check it out. We saw the Afghan naan looked good and it was only a couple dollars. I don't have much information about the rest of the store but this might be the best bread we have had regardless of price.Now we make sure to stop by whenever we are nearby. The bread with potato filling is also very good, not sure what it is called. The employees we have encountered there are all very friendly and helpful.”

“Patel Brothers in Montgomery Village is one of the best Indian grocery stores in the area! They have a great variety of groceries, fresh vegetables, and all the essentials like rice, flour, masalas, and condiments. The store is clean and well-organized.
I really like their freshly made chapatis and parathas, and the snack section is amazing samosas, puffs, pastries, and many more Indian treats. Everything tastes fresh and authentic.
A great place to shop for Indian food and ingredients. We always enjoy coming here and will definitely visit again whenever we get the chance!”
“Usually I visit this mall because the closest Popeyes fried chicken is in this shopping center. There are plenty of parking spots but still tons of lazy people parked right next to the curb, instead of a parking spot.There is also a very good swimming school (British Swim School) in this shopping center and I strongly recommended it because my kid learned how to swim and not to fear waters in this school.”

“Hi! I’m a FIRM believer in giving credit when credit is due AND acknowledgement for a GREAT work ethic (very rare these days). VALERIE is quite fantastic. I live in the neighborhood and shop at the New Design Giant quite often. Whether she is checking people out or at the self checkout area, she has always been most helpful and seems to always “go the extra mile” to be of service in any way she can. I SO appreciate this and I’m sure others do too. Like I said, I’m in the store often so to see this consistency and to take notice of it and then prompt me to write a review, well, that should definitely be a sign to management. “Amazing store!! I’m allergic to a lot of things and can’t usually find yummy things to eat at the bigger grocery chains, but mom’s organic market has opened my food options to so much!! The only thing I would wish for is more completely dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free options for things like frozen meals (especially breakfasts) but that is my only note really! Love love love this organic market!!”

“I shop at Aldi, but I go to Lidl because have more name brands; a bakery where you can buy fresh croissants, donuts, rolls and breads; a nice selection of imported foods from all over the world; and usually have a big selection of cut flowers and plants. The produce section is extensive and offers more options than Aldi. They also have several aisles of tools, household and garden products similar to what you would have found at Big Lots. I always check the freezer section for amazing treats and imported foods, and typically see something I want to try.”

“I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the manager and security team at this Giant location. During my visit today, there was an intoxicated man speaking very inappropriately to me in the store. The staff handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and care.
What meant the most to me was how they repeatedly checked in to make sure I was okay and felt safe. My safety was clearly a priority, and they went above and beyond their job responsibilities to ensure that.
I’m deeply grateful for people who don’t just do their jobs, but show up with compassion and awareness especially when it comes to keeping women and others safe. Thank you so much for creating an environment where customers truly feel cared for. It meant the world to me.”

“For the diaspora living in Maryland, this shop is a cure for homesickness. Here we can get typical Indonesian foodstuffs and dishes. We can even request what we want to make. Every Saturday and Sunday they sell dishes and cakes such as chicken noodles, dumplings, nasi Padang, pempek, meatballs, lemper, croquettes, klepon etc. There is also a small booth that makes food with different menus every week, such as typical Bangka sweet martabak, typical Jakarta gado2, kangkung noodles, etc. You really have to come here because as far as I know this shop is the only Indonesian groceries store in Maryland. Hopefully the shop can be enlarged so it can accommodate more customers.”

“This is the nicest HT I have ever been in! So very clean, beautifully stocked. You can tell they take pride in their store,it shows! I moved from VA to MD and a 25 min drive was the closest HT to me,but I will definitely make the drive back there after this pleasant experience.Everyone was smiling and very helpful.
