“I visited this Cole Haan location on 11.30.25, about twenty minutes before closing, and I was genuinely impressed by the excellent service I received. It was the second day of an incredibly busy post-Thanksgiving shopping rush, yet the two associates greeted me warmly the moment I walked in. One of them, Jayden, helped me directly, and although I did not catch the name of the associate who rang me up, both provided exceptional service.
Even though it was close to closing time, they never rushed me. Instead, they offered attentive, high-quality customer care, helped me find the right pair of shoes, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Their professionalism and friendliness made me not only want to purchase that night, but also look forward to returning to this store in the future.
