“I’ve bought 3 pairs of Aisics from this store-it’s the only walking shoe I wear and the only place I’ve bought them. I buy the Gel-Kayano 29 shoes each time (highly recommended). Simply the most comfortable shoe for serious walkers. I went to this store today with a friend and had the best customer service experience there yet! We were assisted by Kelly. “I was googling shoe cleaning businesses near me and found Sole Wash so I called and the owner answered the phone and told me when she would be at the shop. I went the next day with my suede flats to be cleaned and although it took a little over a month to get them back due to a recent flood in the building, she did a great job. Plus first time customers get a nice discount! Parking is tight on Pennsylvania Ave SE so park around the corner or near Trader Joes and walk across the street (if you buy something at Trader Joes, they will validate your parking in their garage). The owner is super nice and very responsive to texts/calls from customers checking on the status of their shoes. I highly recommend this black owned business and wish the owner continued success.”
“Teresa was the best. Great customer service is hard to come by these days especially when it's just about closing, but Teresa made us feel special and important. Not to mention the shoes she recommended are the cutest and the best. I wore my shoes out the door and it felt like I was walking on clouds. “I came here a few months ago and still remember my experience. I came a couple days before I had a career fair and got to the store 30 minutes before closing. Even though the store was getting ready to close for the night I was with a very nice employee who smiled and asked if there any help that I needed.
I explained that I’m not smart clothes shopping and was looking for some business casual shoes to complete my look for the career fair. I’m very happy and satisfied with help I I received from her. Not once did I feel rushed and the input I received from her felt genuine like she was actually trying to help me create a good look and not just trying to sell me random stuff.
Such a good experience that checking out I asked to speak to the manager just for a minute to tell her how happy I am with my experience and that was a truly five star interaction and that this girl should be up for employee of the month”

He did a fantastic job at a very fair price. While I was there, I couldn’t help but to admire the beautiful collection of shoes on sale.If I ever need my shoes repaired, I will certainly be back. Managed to find a lovely sweater that caught my eye, along with a pair of earrings that added a touch of sparkle. Cherise, the delightful attendant, went above and beyond to assist us. She even stepped out from behind the register to help me find the perfect boots to try on. The whole experience was well worth battling the traffic to reach the store! Absolutely worth it, yeah!”
“. Stopped in a Cracker Barrel store # 687 at 3457 Crain Highway Waldorf MD, for Brunch June 25, 2023 and had a great meal. We had an amazing experience..The staff does an amazing job , our waiter was a young gentleman name Preston he provided excellent , professional customer service, very courteous, respectful.He went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. I can’t say enough about this young man.The food was delicious all the waiters and waitresses are very attentive, professional and super nice atmosphere, they are all young adults, what got my complete attention was the manager, Tranesia Scriber, I believe this is her name , I personally spoke with her, awesome woman. She exemplified extraordinary, excellent, professional leadership over and beyond customer service to each customer that was seated. I have not seen this type of quality customer service at any of the Cracker Barrels, since I have been eating at them beginning in the 90s’.This type of manger that exemplify this type of leadership should be promoted to a General manger, so she can train all the managers at Cracker Barrels, myself and my husband was traveling back to Charlotte NC . We are glad, that we stopped there , this will always be our favorite place to stop and eat whenever we are in that area . “My family's been shopping at ROCKDEEP for three years now. And Everything's GREAT! Every product we ordered was made from with such magnificent quality. The feel and appearance of every piece kept me going back to make more purchases. The finial touches was wonderful such as the time they gifted every purchase with gold keychains, mask, bags with zippers, or thank you cards. This company is extremely customer friendly and thoughtful. I wish I could shop in-store however I leave near the beaches of California. Nevertheless I will continue shopping there noone can't even beat their prices . ROCKDEEP is a gift from fashion and merchandise heaven. ??”

“I drove to Oxon Hills in order to buy a pear of soccer cleats and this outlet met all my expectations. One, the parking lot had plenty of empty spots. There is no way they are going to fill all of them, so that's a plus. Two, pricing for socks, shorts, and shirts were more or less same as Amazon, but shoes were about $10~ $15 cheaper than online which was great! Also, their clearance section had some amazing options. Usually I don't find many shoes in a clearance section for my size (11.5) but they actually had some cool shoes. Three, customer service was surprisingly amazing. During my shopping I witnessed some customers who were going really rough on staff members but staff members were keeping their cool and providing an amazing customers service. When it was my turn, they also helped me the best way possible. So, 10/10 for employees for that given day. Also, there are other sports clothing brands as well nearby such as Under Armor, Nike, and Skechers. So, definitely worth to drive and compare what they got.”

He's patient and gives you space to make tour decisions but is available when you need him for assistance or his opinion.
