Their customer service is great. Top notch. When you consider that these are college students, I would rate this CU a 10. I've been banking here since I was a student and let's just say that some decades have past since then. I always end up coming back. Tried the big banks and always end up closing those accounts to go back to the CU!”

“I came to the NFCU on Feb 6, 2024. Deposited a tax refund check and experienced a small set back with the image reading through the ATM. The next day I noticed the check was not pending. I called NFCU spoke with several associates and was told that a check had to be reissued. However when I went into the branch and spoke with Ms. Terri Kipp (branch leader). She went above and beyond to make sure I did not have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to receive my funds. I hope management knows she is a real asset to the company.”
