“My experience was great’ Daniel and Ama, they literally went above and beyond for me. It was Saturday night the night before the snow storm they closed at 4pm, I literally arrived at 6:34pm and knocked on their locked door seen the gates down but I still had hope. Daniel came to the door and I explained to him that I had a package pick up he kindly asked me for my ID Knowing that they closed 2 hours ago he still went out his way to find my package I stood at the door he let me in once he found my package and let me sign for it. I truly appreciate it because I really needed it and especially before that snow storm hit. They did an awesome job this was the true epitome of excellent customer service because they didn’t have to let me in or retrieve my package. They were very polite, kind and friendly! Thank you Daniel and Ama I truly appreciate you guys.”
“I was im pressed by a young man Alex, who upon entering store politely said ill be with yoy shortly. I looked around the store to see how organized and clean the store was. It tells me they take pride in what they do. A rare occurrence in this day and age. Kudos!”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!”

“Adrian was incredibly helpful with my complicated Amazon return yesterday. Amazon shipped me two items, one came in a box and the other came in a plastic bag - and Adrian was familiar with how Amazon returns work - and he was able to help me navigate the return so I could get it done. Taking care of business! That's what Adrian did! He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his excellent customer service! His coworker was nice too, but I didn't catch her name - a young lady with long brown hair - I could see that she was being helpful with her customers as well. Adrian kept helping me even though I know it was close to closing time, but he didn't try to rush me out the door or suggest that I come back the next day, so great job overall! Thanks! “Had a fairly smooth experience at around noon on a Friday. I was a little apprehensive before going in because of the bad reviews I had read and I had three large boxes to be returned, but I took a chance as it is very close to where I live. I am glad I did that.”
