“Customer service over the phone is spectacular. called to check to see if they had the Grateful Dead Jean jacket and she double checked their sales rack so that was pretty cool so I really appreciate them(young lady) for doing that”
“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”
“The Columbia Nordstrom Rack is always super clean and the staff is very helpful. I managed to find my 2 year old granddaughter a short set by DKNY for $11. Great deal! Of course I coped it.”
“The staff is so warm, welcoming, and helpful. I came here from another location. They held some dresses behind the register for us. The whole transaction was smooth. Terrence was AMAZING! It was really busy but he constantly reassured us he’ll be with us shortly. He was helping colleagues on the phone while being warm and kind to customers in the store. The great customer service seems to be constant no matter which location I go to!”

“Freaking Amazing!!!! I looked all over for weeks for a dress to wear to a wedding in the south of Spain (different season than us & a specific color scheme for the wedding, photos are below!) & Thank goodness for Andie! She was so helpful in helping me find the most perfect dress! I loved it so much I ordered it in black so that I could have two!!! Still need to go pick that up but omg I love this place! If you are looking for any special occasion or to just have nice clothes that you won’t see on anyone else this is the place to go! Side note: they also have super cute gift items!!! So if you need to shop for a loved one this is a great place to get something nice that they will love! Francesca’s thanks for everything! PS I promise to come pickup my dress soon! “10/10 Customer Service! This visit took place a little over a month ago, but it’s been on my mind since then. I just had to write a review. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an associate named Ty. I was looking for a delicate blouse to match with my trousers. It was for an upcoming event with my mates abroad. He showed me to the section, and asked me considerate questions about my idea of what I was looking for, and for more details on my event to help me best. He was very friendly, well mannered, and attentive to even the little things.
Checkout process was smooth and seamless. He ended up recommending me a few jewelry selections. Among them was a pair of beautiful earrings that brought out the color in my eyes. I ended up leaving with more than just a blouse; a pair of dainty earrings that matched perfectly with my now completed outfit, a positive mood, and a happy smile. I will be coming back ;).”
