“I have an older vehicle that needed maintenance in order to pass the Virginia state safety inspection so I could get it registered. Metro Motors inspected my vehicle, clearly explained the services that were required, and offered a fair price, lower than what a previous repair shop had quoted me. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. If I ever need vehicle repairs in the future, I will definitely return.”

“I brought my vehicle to Alexandria Exxon North after noticing an issue that I couldn't figure out myself. What impressed me most was how seriously the team approached diagnosing the problem. Instead of rushing to replace parts, they took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and explain what they were seeing along the way.
You can tell these guys genuinely know their craft. Watching them work gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. They kept me updated throughout the repair, answered my questions without making me feel foolish, and were transparent about the costs before moving forward.
The repair was completed on time, and my vehicle has been running great ever since. It's hard to find a shop that combines technical knowledge with honesty, but that's exactly what I've found here. I'll definitely be back when my car needs service again.”
“Very belated review, but I stopped by here on the afternoon of June 27, 2025 after hearing noise from my tires on my way out of DC. Being from North Carolina, I could not afford to wait too long for the issue to get diagnosed and resolved. I explained my situation to Kalab, who was very gracious to expedite my repair. After spending the night in Arlington, the car was ready by 1pm the next day, and I was able to return to North Carolina by nightfall of the 28th. 10/10 would recommend for exceptional and honest service!”

“My car battery was on its way out after this past winter, so I stopped by KSC to see if they had one in stock. They had a battery that would fit my 2022 Honda Accord, so I left the vehicle with them in the morning. I also asked if they could check on a tire that had been slowly losing air pressure. Even though I didn't have a service appointment, my vehicle was ready with a new battery installed within just a few hours, and the source of the leak in my tire was found and repaired. Much faster than if I had taken it to the dealership. Everyone I interacted with at KSC was friendly, polite, and remembered my name. Good customer service is sadly a rare thing to find, but it's nice to see that it still exists at KSC.”
“Incredible customer service at Lake Liberty. I stopped in as I thought I might have a nail in my tire. They looked at my car and determined that I was not a puncture. They took it even further and filled up all four of my tires to the proper PSI. When I asked what I owed for this they told me there was no charge. Just amazing service. Lake Liberty will now be my go to for gas and repairs. Thank You.”

“I’ve always had a good experience here. Last week, I went in for an oil change. Per usual, the team was incredibly helpful and even fixed my windshield wipers free of charge bc they were worn. That of course should not be the expectation but speaks the integrity of the operation.”
“Had a tire issue and they were able to get me in same day and fix all the issues I needed resolved. They were honest about the problems and even did work on my vehicle that may have been causing the issue to begin with. Definitely recommend. Front office staff is also very friendly. Also the shop looks very clean. Only cons is I was there for a little while but other than that no complaints.”

“I was just in the middle of sending this location to a coworker w car problems and saw all the reviews and had to echo what everyone says about Noah. I usually fix my own car but if there’s something I can’t do he is the only, and I do mean the ONLY mechanic I take my car to, which coming from a DIYer is high praise. Honest, friendly, smart, handsome (taken haha) man with reasonable prices and other connections in the area if you need tires or an alignment.”
“First visit. Friendly and efficient. Routine maintenance (oil change and flush brake fluid) but all my questions answered. I plan to go back. Walking distance for me, and saved a long trip to a dealer in MD or VA”
“I will never get gas anywhere else except for Costco. You can get 93 premium gas at $3.45 love it and it lasted me for over a week. And I have a tahoe and drives every day.”

“First time at this Costco gas station. And it is a zoo ( car lanes jammed ; worse than the traffic on 495! - I waited in line at 2pm weekday for 25 minutes! The entrance -It is hard to get in and people honk at you even when you are in line ?.... where do I go ?. I guess overall gas prices are reasonable $3.23/ gallon for premium, Regular $2.69/gallon.”
“Came to my car at work and realized my tire was flat/low. Drove to the closest place to ask to use their air compressor. Instead of being frustrated, they took the time to pull me into a bay, fill the tire for me and tell me they were putting extra in so my tire wouldn’t get too low too fast. They were so kind and generous to have their day interrupted by me.I was back to work before my boss even noticed I was gone. Excellent excellent excellent.”

“I've worked with them for years and generally trusted them. But I recently paid thousands for a suspension and power steering repair only to run into more problems afterwards. They were willing to verify the repairs but basically said I was SOL.
Further, they wanted to charge me $80 for a cabin air filter replacement which is just insulting. Filters are cheap and take 2 minutes to install.”

“One of the best places for repairs. I drive 40 mins from VA to repair my car that's how good they are. Navid and Rashed are two of the most humble person at that store. They never throw additional cost and fix only what is needed at reasonable price. Very humble honest down to earth and great personality. I am glad I found them.
My car airbag had issues and needed to replace passenger seat with built-in airbag. They found me one matching the color at a very reasonable price.

“Sometimes I have to wonder if I am at the same place others are reviewing.
When I go to get gas, I want cheapest not a best friend. It is worth my while to drive from Arlington to Alexandria for a car fill up, the price is that significant. Entry in to the gas station is simple enough. The only thing I could appreciate is longer gas hoses. Lesson learned, drive in and pull up with the gas cap side on the pump side, otherwise.... the price is magnifique.
Havent been inside but.... one day maybe. For food or snack? I drive to my perfect place for calories.... on Washington Avenue south of King Street. Another review, another day.
