“I have an older vehicle that needed maintenance in order to pass the Virginia state safety inspection so I could get it registered. Metro Motors inspected my vehicle, clearly explained the services that were required, and offered a fair price, lower than what a previous repair shop had quoted me. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. If I ever need vehicle repairs in the future, I will definitely return.”

“I LOVE this store/gas station! It's always clean, staff is pleasant ,amazing VARIETY of food/snacks that is always fresh when I've tried it, and the gas is always the cheapest! Seriously, it's the BEST in the area. In this day and age, quality sucks but this place doesn't! Keep up the great work”

“Very belated review, but I stopped by here on the afternoon of June 27, 2025 after hearing noise from my tires on my way out of DC. Being from North Carolina, I could not afford to wait too long for the issue to get diagnosed and resolved. I explained my situation to Kalab, who was very gracious to expedite my repair. After spending the night in Arlington, the car was ready by 1pm the next day, and I was able to return to North Carolina by nightfall of the 28th. 10/10 would recommend for exceptional and honest service!”

“Quick, efficient, honest, and all around great neighborhood shop. I have come here numerous times for my old Saturn Ion and I cannot speak enough good words for Woody and Metro Motors. I truly appreciate how much of a straight shooter he is, doesn't price gauge, is just a solid guy, and I have always felt he was being honest with me. I cannot recommend this business enough. I recommend everyone to him! Woody is the best !!”

“My car battery was on its way out after this past winter, so I stopped by KSC to see if they had one in stock. They had a battery that would fit my 2022 Honda Accord, so I left the vehicle with them in the morning. I also asked if they could check on a tire that had been slowly losing air pressure. Even though I didn't have a service appointment, my vehicle was ready with a new battery installed within just a few hours, and the source of the leak in my tire was found and repaired. Much faster than if I had taken it to the dealership. Everyone I interacted with at KSC was friendly, polite, and remembered my name. Good customer service is sadly a rare thing to find, but it's nice to see that it still exists at KSC.”

“A perfect place for routine maintenance as well as when you need a special part ordered and installed. Great service and a big plus to have within walking distance in the Palisades neighborhood.”

“As I was driving down 270, my car began to shake and I noticed a chemical burning smell. I was on my way to a funeral, so already not a great day. I barely made it to Lake Liberty before my car died. The gentlemen were calm, kind and offered to let me leave the car while I went to the funeral. I picked it up today with everything working beautifully. The service was excellent and I so appreciated the kindness they showed.”

“I’ve always had a good experience here. Last week, I went in for an oil change. Per usual, the team was incredibly helpful and even fixed my windshield wipers free of charge bc they were worn. That of course should not be the expectation but speaks the integrity of the operation.”

“I wouldn't normally leave a Google review for a gas station, but this is by far one of the best gas stations I've ever been to. Before the construction, and before it reopened in June 2026, there weren't that many pumps, people were really slow, and there were always really, really long lines. Now, it's been a couple weeks in a row that I've shown up in the morning and not had a single issue. They have little icons to show you exactly which pumps are available and which ones are being used, so you can very easily navigate to an empty pump. Also, there are almost never lines now. I almost always see open pumps. Overall, I'd say the price is about 50 cents cheaper than most gas stations in D.C., to be honest. And, I'm usually in and out in two to three minutes. What a great improvement!”

“Had a tire issue and they were able to get me in same day and fix all the issues I needed resolved. They were honest about the problems and even did work on my vehicle that may have been causing the issue to begin with. Definitely recommend. Front office staff is also very friendly. Also the shop looks very clean. Only cons is I was there for a little while but other than that no complaints.”

“Came to my car at work and realized my tire was flat/low. Drove to the closest place to ask to use their air compressor. Instead of being frustrated, they took the time to pull me into a bay, fill the tire for me and tell me they were putting extra in so my tire wouldn’t get too low too fast. They were so kind and generous to have their day interrupted by me.I was back to work before my boss even noticed I was gone. Excellent excellent excellent.”

“I recently had a pretty unusual problem with my car (Tesla Model Y). It started as a very foul odor coming from the exterior of the car that I immediately recognized as a dead animal. But looking all around and under the car, couldn't see anything. My husband was able to get partially under the car and see a small patch of fur stuck up in a panel on the underside of the car but couldn't remove the panel it was stuck under due to a stripped bolt and couldn't get far enough under the car to quite reach it. Once inside the car, I realized the smell was permeating the interior as well. It was so bad, that if I didn't get it removed, I wasn't going to be able to use the car. I called about a dozen places- dealerships, auto repair shops, body shops to see if anyone could do anything to rectify it. No one was able to get me on their schedule for weeks or in some cases over a month. One person even laughed at me over the phone!! Until I spoke to Noah at the BP. They were booked solid, but when I explained the situation he said to come on over...no promises but he'd (personally) take a look and see if he could help. He was a bit hesitant about the stripped bolt...not wanting to damage the panel but was able to successfully remove the panel, remove the source of the foul odor (dead critter) and saved my car! He (Noah, the manager) took care of it himself. He didn't even pull it into the shop to put on a lift! And he didn't bill me for it! This guy is unbelievable. He is professional, pleasant, empathetic and just an all around good guy!”

“First time at this Costco gas station. And it is a zoo ( car lanes jammed ; worse than the traffic on 495! - I waited in line at 2pm weekday for 25 minutes! The entrance -It is hard to get in and people honk at you even when you are in line ?.... where do I go ?. I guess overall gas prices are reasonable $3.23/ gallon for premium, Regular $2.69/gallon.”

“Highly recommend this family owned business for car repairs. I have been a consistent customer for decades. Mike and his son Marty, as well as Will at the front desk, and all the repair workers, especially Teddy, are efficient, friendly, and best of all, incredibly honest. Whether it's a basic oil change or a more complicated repair, they will explain what's needed, and get it done quickly and cost effectively.”

“If I can't get to a Costco fuel station. Liberty is next on my fuel list. Granted you seem to only find them in VA, but saving 23 cents up to 41 cents a gallon in fuel adds up. I'm just saying.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
