“They did an amazing job repairing the front axle on my vehicle after I hit a curb badly. Was afraid to take it anywhere other than a dealership because my car was brand new. Received my vehicle in top tier shape and air park ensured my insurance didn’t cut corners and all parts used for the repair were brand new. Alex was absolutely GREAT to work with very responsive and kept me in the loop the entire way. They were even kind enough to loan a shop vehicle to drive while they awaited sign off from my insurance. Highly recommend.”
“I just have to say, the team at Han's Auto Body is absolutely top-notch. I recently had my 2025 Cadillac Optiq in for some work, and the experience was just fantastic from start to finish. Paul and Julio, in particular, were amazing. They kept me completely up to date on everything that was going on with my car.
We had weekly check-ins, which was so helpful for setting expectations and understanding the timeline. They were also total pros at dealing with my insurance company and so knowledgeable on the whole process. I basically didn't have to do a thing. It took so much stress off my plate.
Even with all the huge backorders for auto parts happening right now, the team at Han's was honest and set realistic expectations. That made planning my life around the repair so much easier.
And when I picked my car up, it looked amazing! They even waxed it, which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

“I would like to give a raving review to Karen Kliaz! He assisted me with the purchase of my used 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I live out of state and found the vehicle on the dealership website. Karen responded to my inquiry immediately and answered all my questions promptly and diligently. He coordinated all of my paperwork ahead of time, so when I flew in a couple of days later, everything was prepared and ready to go.
I also had the privilege of chatting with Karen in person for an extended time, and he is truly a wonderful young professional who genuinely cares about his customers.

“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. “This shop gave me the best experience Ive ever had with an auto body center. The staff are super kind and accommodating. I had dent damage from a hailstorm and they fixed it quickly while also polishing and cleaning the inside and outside. My car looks a million times better than when I initially dropped it off. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

“Fitzgerald Subaru Service in Gaithersburg is excellent and the staff all helpful and friendly. However, the scheduling center leaves much to be desired. The first person I spoke with to make an appointment was so rude to me. What is interesting is she said the first availability for an oil change was 11:30 am on the day I requested, so I said okay I will take that appointment. After getting her rude tone of voice after I asked some simple questions (such as if I could drop the car off in the morning and get it back before 3 or 4), I asked to speak to someone in service so I could find out what else my car needed. After speaking to the service advisor he transferred me back to the schedulers because the rude woman did not schedule me. Lucky for me, I got a different woman who was said the first availability is 9:15 am. So it was only two minutes since the first scheduler said she only had 11:30 am open. I hate calling the schedulers at Fitzgerald. You never know if you will speak to someone who is rude or who is helpful. But those working in the service department are all great.”
