“Best customer service around. I can use any hardware store if I know what I need to buy, but Costello’s is THE place to go if I ever have a question or know I will need assistance. A couple days ago I had what I would characterize as my “usual” five star experience when I needed some deck refinishing products. Brandy was immensely helpful finding exactly what I needed to include the right accessories, and along with her colleague Jeff, made sure the color was the exact one I was after. Store selection was great as always, prices are fair - sometimes a little more than Home Depot/Lowes but worth it for the stellar customer service! Thanks Brandy! Thanks Ace!!”

“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”

“Manager Britney provided impeccable customer service to me when I was in search of a snow sled for our family. She went out of her way to check the stock and inform me of what stock was arriving when I called. In store, she was courteous, remembered me, and it the best experience I’ve had at any store in the past few years and they will always have my service from now on.”

“I've had a wonderful experience with the RH in Annapolis the past few days. Between several phone calls and in person visits to try to pin down complicated details regarding international shipping, I have gotten impeccable support! Betty, Brittany, Isabella, Shannon and so many others have been incredibly helpful both in person and also on the phone. I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name! I'd like to better call everyone out!”

“They have the best delivery of any home improvement store I have purchased from. Small orders are typically a low price for a delivery and larger ones are typically accurate.”

“I just had the best experience at Home Depot- walking in I was admittedly nervous to navigate the lumber section, as I have never ventured beyond the paint swatches before. A kind gentleman, Shannon, asked if I needed help. He was so incredibly insightful and clearly skilled at the project I needed help with. He cut the wood I needed to the PERFECT size and even escorted me (and the large unruly cart) to the front where he rung me up. After pulling around front I was greeted by Mike, who shared that he had just recently celebrated his birthday! He inquired about my project, loaded the wood into my car and wished me luck on my project. It’s hard to find willing and capable employees who also obviously love their jobs. These two gentlemen deserve all the recognition! Thank you again, Shannon and Mike!”
