“Arrived at BWI after flight delays and had a rental reservation with Budget Rental. After arrival at the rental facility after midnight had to wait in a long line due to Avis rental was covering Budget Rental. The one person working was overwhelmed and trying to do the best that she could however that did not sit well with me since I was the last person in line. Looking across the facility I could see that National Rental was empty without a person in line so I went and joined as a Emerald member.”
“Just picked up my vehicle after being repaired by the guys/girls at Arbutus Auto Body. They did a fantastic job. The color match is perfect, at least to my eyes, everything was done on the time schedule they provided when I dropped it off, and as an added bonus my car was washed and vacuumed, which may have been more difficult than the repair itself?. Thanks for the excellent service.

“Picked up and returned car at Enterprise. Only complaint was that they did not indicate what to do if you checked in on-line. We waited in line for 15 minutes until someone asked if anyone had checked in on line and gave instructions. Otherwise, easy to get to and find on return. Very transparent on costs.”
“What's the point of putting in a reservation for a class of vehicle, and the branch calling to confirm your reservation if they aren't going to have the vehicle you booked available when you arrive?
The young man who checked me in unknowningly attempted to charge me the same fee even though they didn't have the car class I needed. The manager did step in to reduce the bill to fit the class vehicle they had available. Forunately we were able to make the vehicle they had work for our trip and it was clean. Jake was also very helpful during the return process. Overall the branch staff were friendly and professional. I would rent from this branch again.”

“The owner picked me up near BWI and I had my car about fifteen minutes later. I saved a lot of money over renting at the airport location (which requires a shuttle ride from and to the airport) and the vehicle was entirely satisfactory. Plan on using Uber/Lyft/a taxi to get back to BWI; I used MTA and it takes half an hour to walk to the bus stop, sometimes in a busy road. I highly recommend Easy Car Rental.”

“It depends which rental company you choose. Hertz, Budget, Avis, Enterprise, National, Alamo, Sixt have no lines.
The long wait times are at Dollar and Thrifty. Their rates are the lowest, so if you don't mind waiting in line an extra hour, you won't have any other issues.
The staff I encountered were polite and patient, both at the counter and in the lot. I wish I could thank them individually, but I didn't catch their names.
Drop off is fast and efficient.”

“When I want a ride to the airport I do not call a cab. I rely soley on Baltimore Limo to pick me up on time and get me to whatever airport my flight is leaving from. When I come back I know that BWI airport Limo will have a driver waiting for me. Why would I want to risk waiting for a cab that may not show up. My job is too important. When travel in and out of Annapolis , the airport transfer from Baltimore Limo is the only option for me.”

“I live here in Glen Burnie and had been renting cars from GB rentals on Crain Hwy, but they are no longer there. In need of a non national car rental chain my search found RentAwreck here in GB that also have a neighborhood/local car renting philosophy and decided to book a reservation. Today is the end of my rental period and the whole experience was easy, friendly and very accommodating. From the beginning Alex explained the details of the pricing according to the type of card being used, he also made the first time process easy and clear to understand (now I am in the system on my next visit) and he knows his inventory quite well. On the return of the vehicle, they were not extremely busy as they were when I picked the car up (and even then I was in and out quickly) and since I am local they drove me back home. My experience was very professional.”
“Easy to navigate airport. Security lines were short at time I went. Many rental car companies on site or nearby by shuttle, Uber, Lyft and taxi readily available. Gaming machines, shops and restaurants while you wait. The only complaint, we were told by 2 attendants directing shuttles that our flights on American Airlines and Frontier would be in different terminals so my travel partner would not be able to meet up after going through the security checkpoint. We both ended up in the same terminal, Gate D area.”

“I normally rent from AVIS at BWI however I was told that it would be cheaper at a local location. Nahman was very pleasant and went above and beyond in his customer service. My original choice was going to be to small and he went offered me a mini van instead which was perfect. The vehicle was well equipped and clean.If you need a local rental this AVIS location is the place to go for sure.”
